People Service Specialist
ADG (Aquatic Development Group)
• Manage and triage the Benefits team inbox, ensuring timely routing and response to associate inquiries, claim notifications, leave updates, and communications from carriers. • Maintain and monitor employer responsibilities within the leave administration system, ensuring documentation, claim updates, and required tasks are completed accurately to support timely claim processing for associates. • Maintain organized benefits records, logs, and documentation to support operational efficiency, compliance requirements, and audit readiness. • Conduct regular benefits eligibility audits and carrier data reconciliation to ensure accurate enrollments, payroll deductions, and vendor records across all benefit plans. • Assist with carrier billing reconciliation to support accurate invoicing and identify discrepancies requiring correction. • Strengthen the associate experience by supporting annual open enrollment activities, including auditing enrollment data, preparing communications, tracking participation, and maintaining organized records. • Identify and escalate time-sensitive benefits or leave issues to Benefits leadership to ensure timely resolution and minimize associate disruption. • Ensure complete and accurate processing of Request-to-Hire (RTH) submissions, following up proactively to resolve missing information. • Maintain hiring workflow efficiency by posting job openings in the ATS and across approved external job boards with accurate and consistent formatting. • Maintain ADG’s Job Description library, ensuring consistent templates, naming conventions, version control, and organizational structure. • Assist HR Business Partners and leaders by creating, editing, and formatting job descriptions that align with ADG standards. • Produce recurring and ad hoc hiring and operational reports, supporting visibility into recruitment activity. • Contribute to a strong candidate experience by assisting with interview scheduling, communication, and onboarding documentation.
Job Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, benefits administration, and/or recruitment support.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume tasks and competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail in data, documentation, and communication.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable remote work environment and stable internet connection.
