• Oversee day-to-day logistics, inventory, and production activities while leading strategic initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, and scalability. • Drive change management, leading system migrations, and build robust reporting frameworks that support data-driven decision-making. • Manage daily operations across manufacturing, inventory and logistics functions to meet production, quality, and safety targets. • Coordinate with key external partners, service providers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to drive cost-out, fulfillment, and redundant supply chain initiatives. • Lead organizational and process changes, ensuring clear communication, stakeholder alignment, training, and adoption across teams. • Oversee planning, testing, rollout, and stabilization of new systems (ERP, WMS, MES, or related platforms).

• Manage and implement key People & Culture (P&C) processes across the organization. • Support end-to-end implementation of core P&C programs, including Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning & Development (L&D), and Talent Acquisition. • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, ensuring P&C initiatives are aligned with business objectives. • Lead the setup and execution of the performance management cycle. • Conduct training needs analyses and develop annual training plans. • Support recruitment processes for key roles, ensuring alignment with workforce planning. • Propose new initiatives to improve P&C and organizational efficiency. • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on P&C policies and procedures. • Maintain accurate P&C data to support decision-making and analyze trends to improve P&C processes.
