How you'll make an impact Global Treasury is looking for a Treasury Manager to join our growing team! The primary focus of the position is to ensure end-to-end execution of key treasury processes are performed accurately and on-time. In addition, help to drive efficiencies and implement best in class policies and procedures to support our growing and ever-changing business needs Responsibilities: - Monitor, maintain, and administer global accounts - Maintain global database of all bank accounts and account information for monitoring and audit purposes and maintain the corresponding database of all signed bank account approval forms - Manage corporate and bank online systems - Manage authorized signors and all other account related documentation - Research banking rules/requirements for doing business in various countries - Developing relationships with banks beyond account related services - Assist with internal and external auditors to analyze treasury activities and support compliance and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. - Set up new and maintaining existing counterparties in bank and treasury workstation - Prepare monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports - Research and respond to various inquiries from business units regarding bank account related matters - Maintain and update standard operating procedures - Maintain static data in treasury workstation - Prepare documentation for opening, closing, or maintaining bank accounts - Assist with various tasks associated with account build project plans - Manage group mailboxes - Special projects as assigned - Support other treasury functions as needed About You Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics and 7 years related experience required. - Knowledge of financial markets and treasury related products. - Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. - Experience with treasury systems. Preferred: - CPA/CTP is a plus - 5+ plus years of Project management and/or Treasury experience - Experience with Treasury Workstations - Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication/presentation skills - Demonstrated ability and aptitude for managing multiple projects under deadline constraints to create and analyze reports - Able to multi-task and work independently - Detail oriented with ability to maintain accuracy - Able to work in a fast-paced changing environment #LI-TL1 Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position.
