Job Description

Senior Manager, Regional Quality

Ball Corporation

• Ensure plant quality assurance team members are proficient in addressing Root Cause for plant quality issues • Facilitate collaboration between CTS, customers, and plant quality teams • Drive support for trials, qualification, and best practices • Lead and manage strategic, complex, and regional/divisional quality improvement projects

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent broad training and relevant work experience
  • Minimum of 6 years experience working in beverage can, packaging or other high-speed manufacturing
  • Effective and efficient communication and ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships across the organization
  • Problem-solving abilities with a preference using Lean Manufacturing methodologies (such as 8D)
