Senior Director, Sales

• Develop senior level relationships and help team close new business with Enterprise Accounts. • Develop strategy, culture, coaching and execution plans for team of AEs to meet/ exceed quota • Manage team pipeline that leads to closed revenue that achieves/exceeds team quota. • Proven ability to sell based on business outcomes, value, and return on investment as opposed to feature-based selling. • Be able to successfully connect with, prepare, present, and sell to various levels within an enterprise organization-specifically senior leaders. • Stay up to date on industry trends and product updates.
Job Requirements
- Required minimum 2-3+ years of retail management experience (ie. vendor manager Amazon / category buyer at Walmart) OR 2-3+ years in National/Key Account Management
- 5-10+ years of B2B and/or SaaS sales experience
- Experience closing deals with VP Level Executives at Large Enterprises & Agency Holding Companies
- Demonstrated success leading sales teams to over-deliver goals
- Experience with sales CRM and prospecting tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Outreach.io or like programs
- Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets.
- Experience with eCommerce media
- Deep expertise with digital media and the eRetail Landscape
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication.
- Deep understanding of ecommerce and related data sources
