The Enterprise Information Security (EIS) team is responsible for cybersecurity across our organization. We're looking for a senior Project Manager (GL28) to drive complex, cross functional security initiatives that reduce material cyber risk and strengthen enterprise capabilities. You'll lead multiple projects end to end - from intake and scoping to delivery and operational handoff - partnering closely with ESRO leaders, Optum Tech, and business stakeholders. You're an outcomes focused PM who can lead (not just administer), tailor the delivery approach (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall), manage risk and dependencies, and communicate crisply to executives and delivery teams.
