Role Description Emerging Tech is seeking a Project Manager to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program within the Core and Cross-Cutting Clinical Portfolio. This role will focus on developing, refining, and overseeing processes that support EHRM-IO’s mission, including initiatives such as Community Data Integration, Interoperability, and Emerging Technology. • Provide project delivery leadership for complex marketing productions from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets • Define and manage project scope, deliverables, milestones and success criteria • Develop and maintain a detailed project plan and RASCI matrix • Track project progress and communicate risks or roadblocks with solution recommendations proactively • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, technical services, data engineering and external vendors to gather requirements and define project objectives • Act as primary point of contact between internal stakeholders, the client and third-party service providers • Oversee the technical aspects to assist in translating technical considerations and requirements (e.g. data mapping, platform configuration, ESP integrations) • Organize regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and senior leadership • Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges and facilitate ad hoc meetings to address these proactively • Review all key deliverables for client readiness • Facilitate training sessions for end-users to ensure a smooth transition

• Own the end-to-end implementation of Emi for enterprise clients, from kickoff to Go-Live • Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical configurations • Define and manage implementation timelines, milestones, and delivery plans • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Customer Success) to ensure smooth execution • Lead client communication throughout the project, ensuring alignment, clarity, and expectations management • Identify risks early and proactively drive mitigation plans to avoid delays • Ensure high-quality delivery by validating configurations and leading QA and UAT processes • Drive structured discovery processes to fully understand client operations and hiring workflows

• Lead day-to-day execution of spectrum-engineering tasking, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures • Monitor financial performance, including budget execution, burn rates, and forecast tracking • Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure timely completion of all work products • Serve as the primary coordination point between the FAA Spectrum Engineering Office, MITRE, and contractor engineering teams • Translate technical requirements and engineering outputs into actionable project plans and deliverables • Support integration of engineering analyses, modeling results, and technical documentation into cohesive outputs • Establish and actively manage a JIRA-based project tracking environment to capture all tasking, priorities, and execution status • Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and reports to FAA leadership and stakeholders • Ensure full traceability of tasking, deliverables, and decision points • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to schedule, cost, and technical performance • Ensure consistent application of quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) processes across all deliverables • Proactively escalate issues and coordinate resolution with leadership and stakeholders • Facilitate communication across interdisciplinary teams including engineers, program offices, and regulatory stakeholders • Support preparation of briefings, technical summaries, and decision-support materials • Maintain strong working relationships with FAA leadership, technical SMEs, and partner organizations
