Technical Project Manager

Role Description At Ideaware, we’re building a cross-functional product team that will integrate quickly with our U.S.-based client — an international team operating in the Real Estate Technology space. We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager / Product Manager who can contribute from day one by driving coordination, delivery velocity, and alignment across distributed teams. You’ll join a fast-paced, product-driven environment where clear communication, execution, and collaboration are critical to success. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, engineering, and business — translating goals into actionable plans and ensuring teams stay aligned and productive. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact features efficiently. We’re looking for someone with strong Agile experience, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset when it comes to removing blockers and improving team performance. You’re comfortable working with distributed teams and are excited about leveraging modern tools — including AI-assisted workflows — to improve delivery and outcomes. Responsibilities - Lead and coordinate day-to-day activities of distributed engineering teams. - Drive Agile processes including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives. - Translate business goals and product requirements into clear technical execution plans. - Align stakeholders, product, and engineering teams to ensure smooth delivery. - Track progress, identify risks, and proactively remove blockers. - Facilitate clear and effective communication across teams and time zones. - Ensure consistent delivery velocity and continuous improvement of team processes. - Explore and adopt tools (including AI-assisted tools) that improve team productivity and delivery outcomes. Qualifications - Experience managing distributed engineering teams. - Strong Agile / Scrum execution experience (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives). - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to translate between business goals and technical execution. - English proficiency at B2 level or higher (able to communicate effectively in written and spoken form in professional settings).
