• Provide project delivery leadership for complex marketing productions from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets • Define and manage project scope, deliverables, milestones and success criteria • Develop and maintain a detailed project plan and RASCI matrix • Track project progress and communicate risks or roadblocks with solution recommendations proactively • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, technical services, data engineering and external vendors to gather requirements and define project objectives • Act as primary point of contact between internal stakeholders, the client and third-party service providers • Oversee the technical aspects to assist in translating technical considerations and requirements (e.g. data mapping, platform configuration, ESP integrations) • Organize regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and senior leadership • Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges and facilitate ad hoc meetings to address these proactively • Review all key deliverables for client readiness • Facilitate training sessions for end-users to ensure a smooth transition
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in or equivalent experience in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management.
- Experience working in a consultancy agency environment strongly preferred
- Proven track record of leading complex digital marketing projects, such as marketing technology implementations or migrations
- Strong knowledge or experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred
- Strong understanding of email marketing technologies, data integration processes, and marketing automation
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Click Up, Workfront, Air Table)
- Solid technical knowledge of APIs, data schemas, and platform configurations
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred.
