Sales Development Representative
Elite Technology
• Ability to work through substantial lists of inbound leads and target prospects, as well as targeted customers. • Adhering to a talk track, delivering a meaningful value statement, and executing against a specific targeted campaign. • Engage with prospects through cold calls using a web dialer, and emails using a high velocity sales tool. • Secure high-quality meetings between potential clients and our Salespeople, ensuring a smooth transition by accurately scheduling time, date, and attendees. No show attendance will be measured. • Follow up on leads and scheduled appointments that were not accepted and re-nurture them to qualified accepted appointments. • Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activities, and engagement progress within our CRM system. • Able to redirect customers to appropriate resources for specific support resolution (e.g. Own positive customer experience). • Able to self-learn during dedicated hours per week about specific product platforms and value propositions. • Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and company objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in outbound sales development, lead generation, or business development, preferably in B2B software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect and communicate value statements to C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs, such as meetings booked and outreach volume.
- Ability to take initiative, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage prospecting efforts efficiently.
- Ability to travel up <10% as business needs require.
- Role requires the following physical capacity: Sedentary: primarily desk/computer work.
