Role Description CommIT Enterprises, Inc. is providing an opportunity to intern as a Maintenance Training Specialist with Program Manager, Ground Based Air Defense (PM GBAD) Programs of Record (PoR) and Joint Urgent Operational Need Systems (JUONS). This position will be part of a maintainer training team that will analyze, design, develop, implement, evaluate, support, and manage the PM GBAD portfolio training products. Additionally, this position will provide technical and analytical support and instructional support delivering New Equipment Training, Delta Training, and Pilot Training for the PM GBAD portfolio. Responsibilities - Review, analyze, and update existing training curriculum and documentation, as needed. - Ensure all developed training material complies with MIL-HDBK-29612/2A, Instructional Systems Development/Systems Approach to Training and Education and NAVMC 1553.1C, Systems Approach to Training and Education Handbook. - Support the development or update of existing master lesson files for each maintainer course of instruction. - Conduct dry-runs, rehearsals, and technical reviews of instruction and minimize training session interruptions in preparation for live training delivery. - Conduct GBAD training course utilizing multiple training techniques and tools with various media with multiple student skill levels and class sizes. Qualifications - Have a minimum of three (3) years of proven experience as an instructor in a Formal Learning Center, military, or technical training program. - Successful completion of a military Formal School Instructor Course and military curriculum developer courses, or equivalent industry recognized technical training instructor program. - Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. - Experience in one or more of the following: - Tactical Data Framework (TDF) setup and integration. - Tactical Data Link (TDL) with Link-16 (RF and JREAP A/B/C) and Link-11 A & B installation, operations, and maintenance. - Command and control communications systems installation, operations, and maintenance. - ANW2C. - TOCNET Configuration. - KOR-24A Small Tactical Terminal. - Communications Planning Application (CPA). - AN/VRC-142, AN/PRC-158. - Tactical data network administration. - Turret-based, direct fire weapons platform installation, operations, and maintenance. - Air defense radar systems and associated IFF equipment installation, operations, and maintenance. - RPS-62. - Maintenance management.
