Division Sales Manager
Medline Industries, LP
• Oversee and manage sales activities in the division • Staff and direct a sales team • Provide leadership for achieving profitability and growth • Establish plans to expand the customer base • Contribute to training and educational programs for clients • Develop business plans and sales strategies • Maintain records of pricings, sales, and activity reports • Create proposal presentations and RFP responses • Conduct one-on-one reviews with Account Representatives • Develop and mentor staff through on-boarding and training processes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 7 years of experience managing people in a sales management role
- Willing to travel at least 50% of the time for business purposes
- Experience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations
- Extensive experience in Supplier Relationship Management
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
