Senior Director, Sales

Flashpoint Venture Capital

• Leadership: Lead the West region sales organization, comprising Sales Directors and Account Executives, to exceed quarterly and annual quotas while ensuring performance aligns with overall business strategy. • Development of strategies and execution of revenue goals to meet and exceed bookings targets • Keep up to date on industry trends and provide competitive analysis to optimize strategies for growth • Collaborate with the inside sales, marketing, channels, customer success, and the solution architect teams to accomplish deliverables and expand the business • Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and craft the appropriate Flashpoint solution for their needs • Leverage executive-level input to identify revenue-team challenges and areas for improvement, driving targeted sales programs, training, and coaching for the team • Build and maintain a strong pipeline by developing and executing strategies to grow existing customer engagements and add new logos • Ensure to capture and utilize critical data using Salesforce and other CRM tools • Drive thought leadership at the company level, and navigate shifts in business and company growth strategy

Job Requirements

  • Proven Leadership experience managing dispersed teams domestically who sell security or threat intelligence solutions
  • High energy, enthusiastic, motivator who is an effective communicator to all audiences
  • Deep knowledge of information security and risk intelligence concepts and commercial market, with a proven willingness to learn, grow, and adapt
  • Ability to develop strong, long term relationships by following appropriate sales methodology, using a hands-on, customer centric approach
  • Experience with full life cycle solution-selling in the SaaS Security or Data Security product spaces
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all organizational levels across functions
  • Possess resilience and a strong work ethic, with the ability to adapt to rapidly-changing environments
  • Experience improving operational processes, technology, and sales cadences.
