Physician Sales Support – Oncology

• Develop and execute a territory strategy to grow new and existing business through proactive outreach. • Articulate Accredo’s programs and services to drive engagement and strengthen customer relationships. • Conduct outbound and inbound calls to qualify prospects, generate leads, and close opportunities. • Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal partners to support daily territory activities and ensure alignment. • Build and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers, clients, and payers to assess needs and create solutions. • Serve as a subject matter expert on product rollouts, cross‑functional initiatives, and internal partner support. • Represent the organization at trade shows, conferences, and external meetings as needed. • Deliver external presentations to support business development and physician engagement efforts. • Partner with account executives to develop and present strategies that reduce administrative burden and improve clinical outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; experience in healthcare or sales support preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally to resolve client issues and support operational needs.
- Strong customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of the healthcare or PBM industry.

• Singularly responsible for formalizing the 'Advocacy Bridge,' value realization strategies, and the operational rigor required to turn product usage into business-critical infrastructure. • Teach sellers how to move from a technical user base to the CIO/CDO office. • Provide expertise in managing by the numbers and maintaining deep proficiency in Salesforce. • Share proven strategies for increasing Net Revenue Retention (NRR) year-over-year.
