Location: Remote (U.S.) Clearance: Ability to obtain a Public Trust Salary Range: 130K-140K (DOE) LTS is seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to architect and deliver advanced Salesforce solutions — including emerging AI and Agentforce capabilities — in support of mission-critical initiatives for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). In this role, you will serve as a technical leader and solution architect, driving scalable, secure, and high-performance implementations across the Salesforce ecosystem. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize systems that directly support services for our nation’s Veterans. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly capable marketing automation leader with deep expertise in Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) and Salesforce to help strengthen and scale a growing marketing operations function. This role will serve as a strategic and hands-on partner responsible for improving platform performance, building core automation programs, and driving operational maturity across lead management, campaign execution, scoring, routing, tracking, and data health. Job Family: SAAS/PAAS/Cloud Consulting Travel Required: Up to 25% Clearance Required: Ability to Obtain Secret What You Will Do: As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of innovative, scalable Salesforce solutions that drive digital transformation across public sector and enterprise clients. You will collaborate with delivery teams, technical leads, and client stakeholders to translate complex business needs into actionable Salesforce strategies, with a focus on Public Sector Solutions and enterprise-grade implementations. Responsibilities include: - Architect and implement Salesforce solutions, including configuration of Public Sector Solutions, complex data models, integrations, and automation. - Lead discovery and requirements refinement sessions to uncover business, functional, and technological needs. - Provide pre-delivery support, including effort estimates, staffing recommendations, and solution envisioning. - Own the Salesforce solution architecture and ensure alignment with platform best practices. - Support RFP responses and proposal development for Salesforce engagements. - Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure seamless hand-off and execution of solutions. - Mentor junior staff and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and accelerator development. - Stay current on Salesforce product releases, acquisitions, and emerging capabilities. - Engage with Salesforce and partner ecosystems for implementation strategies. - Evangelize Salesforce value across industries, including public sector, healthcare, and financial services. What You Will Need: - At least ONE (1) active Salesforce architect accreditation. - Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE "SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred. - BA/BS degree - Minimum of TEN (10) years of professional experience, including: - At least FIVE (5) years of Salesforce implementation experience in agile environments. - At least FIVE (5) years of external consulting experience. - At least FIVE (5) years of experience in solution architecture. - Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate across systems. - Experience writing user stories and designing Salesforce integrations and data migrations. - Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills. What Would Be Nice To Have: - Salesforce certifications in Public Sector Solutions, Integration Architecture, or other advanced domains. - An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance - Experience with compliance frameworks (508, HIPAA, CJIS, NIST). - Background in consulting (Big Four or Salesforce Gold Partner). - Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Graph API, or Copilot Studio as complementary technologies. The annual salary range for this position is $122,000.00-$203,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
