Role Description In this role, you will handle sourcing and vendor management for key spend categories which may include technology, travel, merchandise, and professional services. You’ll negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, run competitive sourcing events, and develop strategies that support business goals. - Negotiate, draft, and review complex contracts, amendments, SOWs, and other sourcing documents. - Interpret contractual terms, advise on risks, and partner closely with Legal. - Lead RFPs, competitive bids, pricing reviews, and market analysis. - Build sourcing strategies, conduct supplier evaluations, and handle the end to end sourcing process. - Partner with internal business partners to implement consistent vendor management practices. - Monitor vendor performance to ensure service quality, pricing, and delivery. - Help to improve internal processes and contribute to overall sourcing and vendor strategies. - Develop strong cross functional relationships and understand business needs. - Handle contract renewals, negotiations, and term notifications. - Create purchase orders and support procurement needs as required. Qualifications - High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred. - 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or vendor management. - Relevant certifications (CPM, CSMP, CSM, PMP, Six Sigma) preferred. - Strong negotiator with excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. - Strategic, collaborative, and effective in fast paced, complex environments. - Passionate about accuracy, building strong connections, and comfortable influencing others. • Strategic Sourcing of Raw Materials: Proactively source and procure a wide range of raw materials for dietary supplement products, ensuring all ingredients meet defined specifications for quality, purity, and potency. • Supplier Identification and Qualification: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers aligned with our commitment to quality, transparency, and ethical sourcing. Conduct thorough due diligence to ensure compliance with regulatory and brand requirements. • Innovation and R&D Collaboration: Support the innovation pipeline by identifying new and emerging ingredients for R&D initiatives. Partner closely with internal R&D teams and external labs to source sample materials for product development. • Supplier Network Development: Build and maintain a robust, high-quality supplier network within the dietary supplement industry. Develop strong, long-term vendor relationships to ensure supply continuity and scalability. • Negotiation and Cost Management: Lead supplier negotiations to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and reliable delivery schedules while maintaining quality standards. Monitor market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements. • Quality and Compliance: Partner with Quality Assurance to ensure all sourced materials comply with FDA regulations and internal standards. Manage required documentation including Certificates of Analysis (COAs), specifications, and supplier records.

• Take insights from hiring manager intake meetings and translate them into: • Clear target profile definitions • Structured sourcing and research projects • Search parameters designed to surface the most relevant talent • Build and maintain sourcing projects that underpin large-scale outreach and research programmes • Conduct total addressable market (TAM) analysis for roles within the technology sector • Map talent markets comprehensively and rigorously, using multiple data sources • Interrogate and refine searches to uncover high-quality and non-obvious talent • Analyse talent pools and provide insights that inform delivery and client outcomes • Support the setup of project hubs and workflows for new sourcing engagements • Work closely with Move’s sourcing team to ensure projects are clear, scalable, and easy to execute against

• Develop and implement the end-to-end supply chain and sourcing strategy for the Kidswear and Babywear categories, including a multi-sourcing approach to ensure resilience. • Onboard new manufacturing partners to the Quince direct-to-consumer (D2C) model and provide coaching on operating within a rapid replenishment, M2C (Manufacturer-to-Consumer) environment. • Educate partners on the Quince Operating System (OS), covering: • Operational Excellence: Fostering rapid lead times and a consumer-oriented approach. • Financial Model: Achieving high Return on Invested Capital (ROIC). • Technical Integration: Proficient use of the Vendor Portal. • Drive continuous improvement to achieve key performance indicators: • Quality: Defect rate less than 0.5%. • Speed & Accuracy: Replenishment Lead Time under 14 days. • Availability: In-stock rate exceeding 99%. • Financial Impact: Margin-accretive performance. • Lead Catalog Expansion in collaboration with Merchandising and Product Development (PD) teams, successfully launching new styles and colors approved through the New Product Creation (NPC) process. • Conduct structured Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with the management of each partner, focusing on strategic alignment, business performance highlights, identified areas for improvement, and future objectives.
