The Sales Support Specialist provides operational support to the Sales team and serves as a central bridge between Sales, Client Onboarding, Lab Operations, LIS Support, and Client Support. This role ensures seamless communication, issue resolution, and accurate backend activation of new accounts, while maintaining a high standard of data integrity, system accuracy, and operational readiness across all digital dermatopathology clients. This role directly supports execution and scale in client onboarding and revenue operations. Location: REMOTE Primary Responsibilities - Serve as the primary point of contact for sales team support requests and customer related backend coordination - Coordinate across internal departments to resolve onboarding, operational, and LIS related issues impacting client setup or workflow continuity - Complete account setup activities, validate onboarding forms, and ensure required data is entered accurately into internal systems - Engage with sales to support delivery of onboarding forms, documentation, and client readiness for go live - Maintains internal systems with accurate status tracking and change updates for both active and non active accounts - Submit sales equipment requests and track availability, ensuring readiness for new client go lives - Develop and maintain internal support documentation to reduce repeat inquiries and streamline onboarding - Assist in the design and adoption of process improvements that support scale, speed, and quality in sales operations ​ ​ Qualifications - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast pace scaling environment - Experience supporting cross functional healthcare or diagnostic teams preferred - CRM proficiency and comfort navigating digital systems and operational workflows - Detail oriented mindset with a bias toward accuracy, structure, and proactive problem solving Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Work Shift: Job Category: Laboratory Operations Company: Pathology Watch Inc. A Production Supervisor Analyst (PSA) within the Optum Financial Contact Center (OFCC): This role is a vital component, and directly supports the supervisory team for the Resolution Experience Team (RET).
