Summary Position Objective: As a Senior Human Resource Specialist, apply a broad range of advanced skills and expertise in the full range of federal HR areas including but not limited to staffing, classification, processing, benefits, recruitment, compensation, SES programs, work life programs, policy and employee and labor relations. In support of the Dept. of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Human Capital (OHC), Human Resources Operations Center (HROC). Duties and Responsibilities: - Research HR policy, write new HR policies, edit existing policies and provide broad guidance regarding federal HR. - Develop, document and implement SOP's. - Review HR workflow and Map existing processes and make recommendations to streamline workflow. - Design and produce reports and queries utilizing NFC and other agency databases; and design and implement internal controls process/systems for improved accountability/transparency. - Conduct various workforce related studies such as workforce mobility assessment, workforce competency model, workforce career path model, workforce performance analysis, workforce staffing structure and workforce demand model. Basic Qualifications: - Master's Degree required - 10 years of federal Human Resources experience (can be either working as a federal employee or government contractor supporting a federal agency). - Delegated Examining Certification and HRM Certificate from an accredited academic institution. - When a Task Order includes tasks related to drug testing and site collection, the candidate must possess knowledge of Health and Human Services Guidelines for federal drug testing and possess a valid driver's license. About the Role Archer Review is seeking a fully remote People & Talent Generalist to provide hands-on maternity leave coverage from April through August.
