Role Description Due to continued growth, we are expanding our institutional sales team and are hiring two Account Executives to help build and scale our nursing partnerships business across the Southeastern United States and internationally. Each Account Executive will own a designated territory that includes a portion of the Southeastern United States as well as select international markets. As Account Executive, Institutional Partnerships, you will own the full sales cycle, from first outreach through discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close, calling on nursing schools, university and college systems, and nursing staffing agencies throughout the region. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in greenfield environments. You'll help establish Archer's institutional presence across your territory, developing relationships, creating opportunities, and shaping how we grow this channel. The right candidate brings genuine passion for healthcare education, sharp consultative selling instincts, and a track record of selling EdTech solutions in complex institutional environments. This is a fully remote, individual contributor role with occasional travel required for meetings, events, and conferences. At this time, Archer Review isn't able to consider candidates who will work remotely from Alaska, California, Hawaii, or Washington. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship. About the Role Archer Review is seeking a fully remote People & Talent Generalist to provide hands-on maternity leave coverage from April through August. This contract role will support the day-to-day rhythms that help our team operate smoothly, communicate clearly, and deliver a strong employee experience across the full people lifecycle. The right person is organized, responsive, comfortable working independently, and able to jump into both people operations and recruiting to support the needs of the team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing detail-heavy operational work with high-touch employee support. You will partner closely with hiring managers, IT, vendors, and the broader G&A team to keep critical processes moving and ensure employees and contractors feel informed, welcomed, and supported in a remote-first environment. Contract Type: 1099 Duration: 4 Months from April-August 2026 Hours: 30-40 hours per week Rate: $40/hr What you'll do - Onboarding and offboarding: Lead employee and contractor onboarding and offboarding from start to finish, including checklist management, documentation, approvals, communications, and coordination across internal stakeholders. - Systems and access setup: Partner with IT to ensure laptops, accounts, permissions, and core systems access are set up and removed accurately and on time. - New hire experience: Work with hiring managers to coordinate first-day and first-week activities, ensuring each new team member has a thoughtful, organized start and knows where to go for support. - Ship new hire swag: Work with our vendor to ship swag to new employees during their first week. - Employee support: Serve as a responsive and helpful guide for employees and contractors during key lifecycle moments, answering questions, following up quickly, and creating a positive experience. - Internal communications: Own the monthly employee newsletter, town hall coordination, company calendar invitations, and other recurring people communications that help information flow transparently across the company. - Recognition and remote culture: Highlight wins, milestones, and moments of appreciation in ways that strengthen connection and visibility for a distributed team. - People operations administration: Lead and support recurring people operations processes such as payroll & 401(k) administration support, benefits enrollment, PTO tracking, time tracking, and related documentation. - Data accuracy and compliance support: Maintain organized records, track deadlines, and help ensure people processes are completed accurately, consistently, and in line with internal requirements. - Recruiting coordination: Support the People Operations team and hiring managers with recruitment activities such as drafting job postings, screening applications, scheduling and organizing interviews, and keeping candidates moving through the process. - Cross-functional partnership: Collaborate effectively with managers and team leads to troubleshoot issues, close operational gaps, and keep people-related workstreams running smoothly during the leave coverage period. - Generalist support: Pitch in on the wide range of work that naturally comes with a People & Talent function, including documentation updates, reporting, process improvements, ad hoc employee requests, and special projects as needed. About you - Relevant experience: Demonstrable experience as an HR generalist, coordinator, or equivalent position. Bonus points for experience in a fully remote, small-medium sized business. - Operational excellence: Strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple recurring processes, deadlines, and handoffs without losing accuracy. - Communication skills: Clear, thoughtful written and verbal communication skills, with the judgment to handle employee-facing communication professionally and warmly. - Employee-first mindset: A passion for creating an exceptional experience for our employees, contractors, candidates and partners. - Remote work fluency: Comfort working across distributed teams, coordinating asynchronously when needed, and keeping people informed without creating confusion or delays. - Contract readiness: Able to step into a time-bound contract role, ramp quickly, and operate with a high degree of ownership from April through August.
