Data Analyst
Sigma Systems
• Validate database schemas and data models supporting PolicyCenter reporting and downstream systems • Perform source-to-target mapping validation to ensure accurate data transformations and business logic • Validate ETL/SSIS processes for data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness • Work extensively with PolicyCenter data structures, such as Account, Policy, and PolicyPeriod • Write and optimize complex SQL queries and support developers and analysts with query logic • Develop and execute data quality checks and reconcile data across systems
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter data
- Strong SQL skills (complex joins, CTEs, performance tuning)
- Experience validating ETL processes (SSIS or similar tools)
- Solid understanding of data modeling concepts (keys, grain, dimensions/facts, effective dating)

Qualifications - You have 5+ years of data analysis/business intelligence experience. - You have experience partnering cross-functionally, e.g., with product, engineering, and operations. - You have a demonstrated track record of influencing business decisions through data. Requirements - Technical Skills: - You have advanced SQL expertise. You understand window functions, CTEs, and complex data transformations. - You can tinker with Python or a comparable language. - You have strong proficiency with a popular BI application such as Tableau, PowerBI, Quicksight, or anything comparable. - You have strong data modeling fundamentals and experience building scalable, reusable datasets. - You impress people with your spreadsheet skills. Role Description OneStream is seeking a Data Specialist, Marketing Operations dedicated to contributing to the efficiency, accuracy, and productivity of the Data Team by supporting key aspects of data quality and governance processes. This role entails applying strong attention to detail and independent judgment to manage high-volume data workflows and support cross-functional initiatives across the Revenue Operations organization. The ideal candidate will be solution-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working across various systems and data sources. This role requires a strong understanding of data governance principles and a continuous improvement mindset to enhance the integrity and usability of business data. This position reports to the Data Team Manager and collaborates closely with Marketing Operations to act as a bridge between the Data team and marketing-related processes. The Data Specialist provides essential support focused on data accuracy, integrity, quality assurance, data management, and consistent governance practices. Primary Duties and Responsibilities - Own and manage data governance and quality assurance to ensure business-critical data is complete, accurate, and consistent across systems including HubSpot, Salesforce, and database prospecting platforms. - Exercise independent judgment in identifying, prioritizing, and resolving data issues that impact reporting, forecasting, and operational decisions. - Develop and implement internal data policies, documentation, and training materials to standardize practices across teams. - Collaborate with individuals across the CRO org, as well as Marketing, inclusive of Executive leadership, advising on appropriate actions or insights relative to business objectives. - Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that offer real-time visibility into data performance and governance metrics. - Manage cross-functional data initiatives, including data migration and system integration projects. - Proactively recommend and execute improvements to data processes, tools, and workflows. - Represent the Data team in regular planning meetings and stakeholder discussions. - Train and mentor on best practices for data hygiene, governance, and compliance. - Serve as an internal subject matter expert on data quality best practices. - Maintain the stability of the internal ticketing queue, making autonomous decisions on routing, escalation, and resolution where necessary. - Contribute to the overall consistency of cross-functional data usage, helping align data practices across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to support optimization efforts. - Conduct research across internal and external databases to verify and enrich contact, account, and territory information within Salesforce. - Perform hands-on execution of ongoing data clean-up activities, especially during large projects like system migrations or account restructuring. - Support and contribute to team-wide projects and all-hands initiatives throughout the year, including ad hoc requests. - Comfortably operate in a flexible, “multiple hats” environment, supporting a variety of data needs across Revenue Operations.
