Role Description OneStream is seeking a Data Specialist, Marketing Operations dedicated to contributing to the efficiency, accuracy, and productivity of the Data Team by supporting key aspects of data quality and governance processes. This role entails applying strong attention to detail and independent judgment to manage high-volume data workflows and support cross-functional initiatives across the Revenue Operations organization. The ideal candidate will be solution-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working across various systems and data sources. This role requires a strong understanding of data governance principles and a continuous improvement mindset to enhance the integrity and usability of business data. This position reports to the Data Team Manager and collaborates closely with Marketing Operations to act as a bridge between the Data team and marketing-related processes. The Data Specialist provides essential support focused on data accuracy, integrity, quality assurance, data management, and consistent governance practices.
