• Assume a leading role in the education and implementation of the provider network and contracting strategies for all assigned providers. • Lead and manage relationship with assigned providers to proactively measure, anticipate and prevent problems as well as continually improve operational efficiencies and achieve corporate objectives around programs and strategic initiatives with providers. • Proactively identify provider issues; recommend solutions and ensure provider receives the necessary support and resources to carry out the solutions. • Coordinate in a matrixed liaison role with operations and support areas to ensure the appropriate development and execution of initiatives, communication needs, and issue resolution. • Act as a conduit back to project teams for provider input and feedback on strategic initiatives. • Work to gain consensus and incorporate necessary plan modifications. • Assist with contracting as it relates to implementing key provider strategies. • Engage appropriate resources, tools, analytics, and reports to enable success in the programs to drive better health outcomes, lower unit costs, and higher patient satisfaction for our members. • Oversee administration of critical and timely communication to providers through ongoing personal contacts, on-site field visits, regional communication sessions, and meetings with professional organizations to communicate initiatives and changes. • Develop, participate in, and support education to providers due to changing reimbursement environment, product portfolio, processing requirements, and new technology offerings. • Meet with contacts at various levels at key physician practices to ensure appropriate levels of communication and maintain harmonious relationships. • Maintain current market knowledge, industry knowledge and innovation awareness to drive the change needed to transform the way healthcare is delivered and reimbursed. • Collect market intelligence to contribute to strategic planning and design of products and networks. • Other duties as assigned or requested.

• Lead planning and execution of Master Data and Organizational Change Management (OCM) workstreams • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource plans • Drive execution against transformation objectives while managing timelines, dependencies, and deliverables • Coordinate activities across Finance, IT, Business Operations, and external partners • Manage cross-functional dependencies and facilitate issue resolution and escalation • Maintain project governance documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, decision logs, action registers, and executive status reports • Prepare executive-level presentations and provide regular leadership updates on project progress, risks, issues, and decisions • Lead project status meetings and ensure clear communication across stakeholder groups • Partner with Organizational Change Management teams to coordinate stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness assessments, and adoption tracking • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring timely decision-making and accountability • Ensure alignment between business objectives, project milestones, and transformation deliverables

• Follow up on marketing-generated leads and inbound inquiries • Conduct outreach to K-12 school districts, charter schools, private schools, and junior colleges • Identify and engage decision-makers including principals, assistant principals, curriculum directors, student services leaders, counselors, and district administrators • Schedule and participate in virtual presentations and product demonstrations • Build relationships with school leaders and educational stakeholders • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and sales efforts • Provide daily activity summaries and pipeline updates • Collaborate with leadership on market strategy and expansion efforts • Help develop and refine messaging for the K-12 and post-secondary education markets

• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 application support for medium- to high-complexity enterprise applications. • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application issues while maintaining excellent customer service. • Follow ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes. • Participate in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 application support coverage. • Document incidents, root causes, resolutions, and workarounds in call-tracking and knowledge management systems. • Coordinate issue resolution with software vendors and internal technical teams. • Analyze recurring issues and recommend preventive solutions and process improvements. • Support SEV1 and SEV2 application outages and service restoration efforts. • Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and technical teams to identify system dependencies and root causes. • Maintain SLA compliance and support operational excellence initiatives.

• Provide scientific leadership in phase appropriate external DS/DP analytical development/QC for NCE and NCE-like (e.g., Oligonucleotide) entities, including method development, validation, transfer and lifecycle management • Contribute to development of DS/DP phase appropriate specifications and analytical control strategies in collaboration with internal and external teams • Contribute to development of DS/DP stability programs and assignment of DS retest period, DP shelf life and material holding times as needed, with internal and external teams to support FIH and following clinical trials • Independently propose or review quality agreement, SOW, study protocols/reports, batch/stability data, to support CMC deliverables in a timeline fashion. • Prepare and communicate clearly and independently technical plans, updates and deliverables as needed in the form of reports and/or presentations within the internal teams • Partner with internal teams and external vendors (CDMOs/CROs) to resolve technical challenges and quality events and ensure timely, compliant deliverables • Support departmental submission activities by managing documentation workflow workflow in Veeva RIM system • Demonstrated working experience in authoring, reviewing and editing (content and format) CTD Module 3 (Drug Substance and Drug Product) documents, in particular analytical related documents.
