Learn more at careers.alight.com About the Role The Delivery Specialist is responsible for the day to day processing, monitoring, and support of electronic file exchanges. This role ensures that inbound and outbound files are delivered accurately, securely, and on schedule, while investigating and resolving file transmission issues as they arise. Works closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain reliable data exchange operations and meet service-level expectations. Responsibilities - Providing technical expertise with internal and external users regarding data files/interfaces. - Providing ongoing production support by monitoring productions jobs, restarting failed jobs, and performing defect analysis and correction. - Investigating data and system troubleshooting maintaining accurate documentation on internal issues. - Understanding data requirements and file/interface layouts required by internal/external clients and third parties and translate those requirements into file/interface specifications - Coordinating follow-up meetings with clients or vendors for new files interfaces implementation or updates to existing files interfaces. - Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new processes to assist the Operational team in handling special requests and improving customer service. - Coordinating annual enrollment activities between internal and external clients. Including but not limited to meetings, calendar of activities, interfaces and audit - Enhancing of existing system requirements based on new/changing business requirements. Requirements - Have Bachelor in business administration / computer science or related field - Possess Knowledge in SQL language and high attention to detail and accuracy. - Able to perform audits to high volume of data. Able to learn and apply new skills. - Possess Verbal and written communication skills (English and Spanish) - Able to work independently with minimal supervision. - Possess MS Excel and Word skills. Able to navigate Alight’s proprietary systems and web based tools. - Able to interact professionally with a diverse group (executives, managers, legal, and subject matter experts). - Able to prioritize work continually and produce a significant volume of work efficiently within performance standards. Role Description OneStream is seeking a Data Specialist, Marketing Operations dedicated to contributing to the efficiency, accuracy, and productivity of the Data Team by supporting key aspects of data quality and governance processes. This role entails applying strong attention to detail and independent judgment to manage high-volume data workflows and support cross-functional initiatives across the Revenue Operations organization. The ideal candidate will be solution-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working across various systems and data sources. This role requires a strong understanding of data governance principles and a continuous improvement mindset to enhance the integrity and usability of business data. This position reports to the Data Team Manager and collaborates closely with Marketing Operations to act as a bridge between the Data team and marketing-related processes. The Data Specialist provides essential support focused on data accuracy, integrity, quality assurance, data management, and consistent governance practices. Primary Duties and Responsibilities - Own and manage data governance and quality assurance to ensure business-critical data is complete, accurate, and consistent across systems including HubSpot, Salesforce, and database prospecting platforms. - Exercise independent judgment in identifying, prioritizing, and resolving data issues that impact reporting, forecasting, and operational decisions. - Develop and implement internal data policies, documentation, and training materials to standardize practices across teams. - Collaborate with individuals across the CRO org, as well as Marketing, inclusive of Executive leadership, advising on appropriate actions or insights relative to business objectives. - Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that offer real-time visibility into data performance and governance metrics. - Manage cross-functional data initiatives, including data migration and system integration projects. - Proactively recommend and execute improvements to data processes, tools, and workflows. - Represent the Data team in regular planning meetings and stakeholder discussions. - Train and mentor on best practices for data hygiene, governance, and compliance. - Serve as an internal subject matter expert on data quality best practices. - Maintain the stability of the internal ticketing queue, making autonomous decisions on routing, escalation, and resolution where necessary. - Contribute to the overall consistency of cross-functional data usage, helping align data practices across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to support optimization efforts. - Conduct research across internal and external databases to verify and enrich contact, account, and territory information within Salesforce. - Perform hands-on execution of ongoing data clean-up activities, especially during large projects like system migrations or account restructuring. - Support and contribute to team-wide projects and all-hands initiatives throughout the year, including ad hoc requests. - Comfortably operate in a flexible, “multiple hats” environment, supporting a variety of data needs across Revenue Operations. Qualifications - 1+ years of experience in Sales/Marketing Operations, Business Systems, or Data Governance roles. - Demonstrated experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot, with a strong understanding of CRM data models and workflows. - Proven ability to independently manage projects and make decisions that impact data strategy or business performance. Preferred Education and Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. - Experience working in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment. - Familiarity with data compliance standards (e.g., GDPR). - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
