Adaptive Planning Manager – Adaptive Planning Certified

• A Adaptive Planning Manager will manage project resources and is responsible for ensuring timely and quality execution of client deliverables and consulting with clients on Workday Adaptive Planning projects • Develops solutions to complex problems/projects across multiple domains and/or clients and is capable of leading large enterprise projects • Participates in client sales meetings as Subject Matter Expert/Advisor • Responsible for leading one or more areas of a large project and/or multiple concurrent projects potentially over longer periods of duration • Responsible for managing all stages of the project for the client, from planning and design phases through testing and deployment • Responsible for coordinating the work of others, regardless of people management responsibilities • Managing project FTE, scope, budget, quality, and timeline • Motivates colleagues to think outside of the box and bring ideas to fruition • Integrates with other areas across Strada and functions to provide a complete solution • Creates work estimates and solutions for small to large bodies of work
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Math, Human Resources, or relevant field of study
- 5 to 7 plus years’ experience required including scope and requirements definition, problem solving and process improvements in current Internet-based technology environment
- 2 to 3 years’ experience leading a project implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP or similar applications
- Experience leading and participating in cross-functional projects
- Previous functional Adaptive Planning deployment experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software organization
- Ability to recognize personal skills, abilities, limitations and strengths, taking appropriate action to pursue developmental activities to strengthen skills and experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project Management and Visio
- Workday Adaptive Planning certified required
