• Drive sales efforts at all levels within the territory • Execute sales strategies for assigned target areas • Prospect new accounts and develop relationships • Deliver profitable growth and increase market share • Develop and manage relationships with key accounts • Drive regional sales efforts by developing strategies • Identify new business opportunities and market segments • Consult with fleet managers to assess operational requirements • Leverage experience in the vocational truck industry
• Own and expand relationships with major waste management customers • Act as the primary liaison between Autocar and assigned accounts • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth • Partner with Sales to identify upsell, cross-sell, and fleet expansion opportunities • Lead business reviews focused on uptime, performance, and total cost of ownership • Coordinate with dealer service networks to ensure timely maintenance and repairs • Analyze telematics and fleet data to uncover performance improvements • Support new vehicle onboarding, training, and ongoing operational success • Resolve escalated service issues and advocate for customer needs internally
• Responsible for managing all aspects of service for dealerships and customers and ensures satisfaction with service work. • Assists customers and dealers with troubleshooting and repair of service-related problems. • Responsible for the overall service delivery performance levels and customer satisfaction levels of assigned Region. • Assists in developing corrective action plans with assigned dealerships and customers to close any service delivery gaps identified. • Tracks, reports, and follows-up on product and technical issues for dealerships and customers by proactively working with Autocar Solutions Team. • Gives dealerships suggestions on improving their service department by reviewing dealer service operations to include required tooling. • Promote and ensure dealership has Autocar trained technicians to handle workload. • Develop and manage strong relationships at all levels of the customer’s organization and maintain customer confidence in the Autocar product. • Develops strong relationships with Regional Business Managers and National Account Sales in their region. • Coordinates with engineering and technical service departments to develop and ensure that service performance and quality specifications are met. • Coordinates cost effective, self-managed travel schedules. • Other duties may be assigned.
