• Partner with Arcadia’s data, product, and engineering teams to build scalable data assets and drive innovation • Collaborate with healthcare clients to understand their data challenges and translate complex insights into clear, actionable solutions • Develop subject matter expertise across Arcadia’s products and data model to influence new analytics capabilities and product improvements • Contribute to Arcadia’s growing body of intellectual property and best practices for data-driven healthcare transformation
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with healthcare data with deep expertise in claims and or clinical data
- 2+ years of experience in value based care
- Proficiency with SQL- This role requires a comprehensive knowledge of SQL and the ideal candidate should have a proven track record of working with complex databases
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely present findings to stakeholders
