Senior Systems Administrator – Power Platform, Azure

• Administer and maintain Azure and Power Platform environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance. • Configure, monitor, and optimize resources including Logic Apps, Functions, and Power Automate flows. • Support the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) for secure and efficient deployments. • Apply and maintain automation frameworks (Power Platform, Azure Automation) to reduce manual intervention and improve operational consistency. • Implement and oversee security monitoring, incident response, and compliance reporting aligned with federal O&M standards. • Utilize observability tools to track performance, identify anomalies, and ensure service continuity. • Collaborate with developers, engineers, and cybersecurity personnel to support system integration and modernization initiatives. • Participate actively in Agile Scrum meetings and manage individual tickets through Rally or similar tools, ensuring clear and timely communication across development, engineering, and cybersecurity teams. • Assist with AI agent orchestration and integration of intelligent automation technologies (e.g., Copilot Studio) into system management workflows. • Participate in routine system audits, patching, and updates to maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. • Maintain system documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and procedures.

• The Sr. Director of Capture Management will oversee the capture team and efforts for PingWind Department of Defense (DoD) agency pursuits, with a primary focus on Army. • The key objective is to improve PingWind’s Capture Excellence through process improvement, training, strategic thinking, and a disciplined capture approach. • This role will lead the corporate capture process to develop a thorough understanding of the opportunity, customer, competition, and required technical solution and coordinate with the team to create winning proposals. • Responsibilities include developing and leading the development and execution of winning strategies for complex and competitive opportunities within the federal market. • The Sr. Director will oversee all capture efforts and grow and lead a team of capture managers. • The Sr. Director will assist PingWind with maturing and defining our gate review processes. • They will participate in milestone reviews and provide meaningful suggestions for enhancements of our capture strategies. • The Sr. Director will develop thorough capture plans and drive the overall foundation for compelling win strategies, technical, and management approaches.
Cyber Applications Engineer, Information Assurance

• Reports to the SEAP Cyber team manager • Support the SEAP Program (SUSTAINMENT TO EXISTING APPLICATIONS PORTFOLIO). • Perform web application scanning & application security assessments. • Perform manual application testing to identify vulnerabilities or deviations from software standards. • Provide timely and detailed reports, with proofs of findings and analysis of risk. • Assist with integration of static & dynamic web application assessments into secure SLDC lifecycles • Use SharePoint and other collaboration tools to collect, monitor, and manipulate C&A documentation through the collection, review, approval, and final distribution processes. • Supports the SEAP Program and related teams in areas of Risk Management Framework (RMF) for DoD IT, DoD/Army Regulations, Incident Response, Software Assurance, and related Cyber disciplines. • Work closely with representatives from other divisions and branches (IT, Networking, etc.) to request information, provide clarification, and validate findings, evidence, and POA&M statements. • Maintain and meet deliverable schedules.
