• Serve as the ETL Developer supporting sustainment services for VA, migration of large-scale systems to the cloud, and delivery of advanced analytics, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities • Responsible for overall technical execution of all activities performed by the ETL Developers who are matrixed into Scrum Teams • Design robust ETL processes that facilitate seamless data integration from multiple sources into applications or the data warehouse • Coordinate across workstreams to ensure Scrum teams are properly staffed with the necessary resources • Peer review code written by other ETL Developers • Ensure all team members are trained on best practices and common coding guidelines, promoting knowledge sharing across the team • Perform a robust set of data integrity operations/checks throughout the ETL process (quality control, unit testing, functional testing, and system testing) • Ensure SQL validation scripts are run daily to check the status and data integrity of the overnight ETL jobs • Track the efficiency and performance of all automated processes to verify they are operating within defined timelines/service levels and they are producing high-quality/valid reports with traceability of data used to generate each report • Develop and validate ETL workflows and store the resulting ETL packages in GitHub • Track, by manual and automated means (i.e., triggers on sensing/logging systems), any notable deviations from target thresholds on availability, server load, disc I/O rates, etc. • Ensure solutions are appropriately configured, available, and accessible for users

• Direct and manage the daily operations of the enterprise Help Desk and End User Support organization. • Lead a team of Help Desk Supervisors, Team Leads, and Service Desk Analysts providing Tier I and Tier II support. • Serve as the senior escalation point for complex customer service issues. • Establish operational goals, performance objectives, and customer service standards. • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality technical support services across the organization. • Develop staffing plans, work schedules, and resource allocation strategies to meet operational demands. • Oversee Incident Management, Request Fulfillment, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, and Service Request processes. • Ensure compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs). • Monitor ticket queues and workload distribution to optimize service delivery. • Analyze service trends and implement improvements to increase first-call resolution and customer satisfaction. • Lead Major Incident response activities and coordinate communications during service disruptions. • Collaborate with Change Management teams to minimize user impact during system changes.

• Lead the analysis, implementation, administration, and support of mission-critical enterprise applications. • Serve as the senior technical lead for assigned business applications and application portfolios. • Provide strategic recommendations regarding application modernization, optimization, and lifecycle management. • Evaluate new technologies and software solutions to improve business operations. • Develop long-term application roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives. • Ensure enterprise applications meet performance, security, scalability, and availability requirements. • Lead application implementation, upgrade, migration, and modernization projects. • Coordinate software releases, deployments, upgrades, and configuration changes. • Oversee system integration efforts involving internal and third-party applications. • Serve as the senior technical advisor for application architecture and support. • Mentor and provide technical leadership to Application Systems Analyst I and II personnel.

• Oversee the overall planning, execution, management, coordination, and successful delivery of all work performed under the Performance Work Statement (PWS). • Provide leadership, ensure contract compliance, manage project resources, mitigate risks, and oversee performance. • Serve as the primary interface with the COR and Government stakeholders. • Direct program planning and execution, including staffing and task intake. • Establish, maintain, and execute the Project Management Plan (PMP) and associated SOPs. • Maintain required professional certifications and apply best practices in program governance.
