Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in scaffolding, industrial services, or construction project management
- Strong understanding of scaffolding systems, temporary access solutions, and jobsite safety requirements
- Experience managing multi-site or regional construction projects with travel responsibilities
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety compliance in industrial or commercial environments
- Ability to read construction drawings, site plans, and project specifications
- Experience with project management tools, scheduling software, and cost tracking systems
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate field and office teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
