• Manage workstreams supporting NRC licensing processes, including Early Site Permits (ESP), Combined Licenses (COL), Construction Permits (CP), and Operating Licenses (OL) • Manage environmental review processes, including NEPA-related studies, documentation, environmental reports, and site characterization studies • Oversee preparation and submission of licensing documentation and regulatory filings • Maintain integrated schedules for regulatory milestones and track progress against licensing workstream timelines • Manage workstreams supporting non-nuclear permitting and regulatory approvals • Oversee consultants conducting environmental and technical studies • Manage scopes of work for nuclear licensing consultants, environmental firms, engineering teams • Develop and maintain integrated schedules for licensing, permitting, and regulatory activities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, nuclear science, or a related technical discipline
- 7+ years of experience managing complex infrastructure or power plant delivery projects
- Hands-on experience with NRC new plant licensing processes, including ESP, COL, or CP/OL
- Knowledge of environmental review processes, including NEPA or equivalent
- Experience with non-nuclear permitting across federal, state, and local agencies
- Consultant and contract management skills, including scope, schedule, cost, and earned value reporting
- Risk identification, mitigation planning, and risk register management
- Familiarity with nuclear QA program requirements, including 10 CFR 50 Appendix B and NQA-1 expectations
