We are seeking a talented and passionate Lead UI Designer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the user experience of our products from the ground up. As a key member of our development team, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces. Your expertise in user research will guide our design decisions, helping us understand and meet the needs of our users effectively. You will conduct usability tests, gather user feedback, and analyze data to inform your design process. This position not only requires a keen eye for detail but also a strong understanding of user-centered design principles. You will be responsible for creating user journeys, personas, and wireframes that exemplify our commitment to quality and user satisfaction. The Role At the end of 2022, we launched a new ad-supported tier to offer our members more choice in how they consume their content. Our ad-supported plan allows us to attract new members at a lower price point, while also creating a compelling path for advertisers to reach audiences that are deeply immersed and invested in Netflix content. To help us deliver this compelling experience, we’re looking for a highly ambitious, visionary, and experienced Senior Ad Creative Designer who will help shape Netflix’s ads consumer experiences for our users. This includes crafting innovative ad formats tailored to our wide variety of content and experiences, innovating within our existing ad canvases, and creating the future of advertising on Netflix. You will also partner closely with other product designers working across our various member experience teams to deliver a delightful, engaging, and highly relevant Ads experience for our Netflix members. Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $279,000.00 - $378,000.00. This compensation range will vary based on location. Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
