IMPACT BRANDS
• Creating designs, improving templates, and introducing new ideas. • Contributing to the creation, development, and consistency of visual brand identity. • Designing and optimizing marketplace assets while collaborating to create marketing materials. • Coordinating and reviewing brand details with design department members. • Working closely with the Brand Manager for visual consistency. • Monitoring industry trends to stay updated. • Handling additional tasks related to brand communication and design as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Branding, or a related field (minimum requirement)
- 2–3 years of professional experience in brand design, visual identity, or related creative roles
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity projects and a wide range of design work across digital and print formats
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Premiere Pro are mandatory) and Figma
- Practical experience using AI tools for generating images and videos
- Experience in video editing for digital platforms
- Strong creative thinking, decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English.

The Role At the end of 2022, we launched a new ad-supported tier to offer our members more choice in how they consume their content. Our ad-supported plan allows us to attract new members at a lower price point, while also creating a compelling path for advertisers to reach audiences that are deeply immersed and invested in Netflix content. To help us deliver this compelling experience, we’re looking for a highly ambitious, visionary, and experienced Senior Ad Creative Designer who will help shape Netflix’s ads consumer experiences for our users. This includes crafting innovative ad formats tailored to our wide variety of content and experiences, innovating within our existing ad canvases, and creating the future of advertising on Netflix. You will also partner closely with other product designers working across our various member experience teams to deliver a delightful, engaging, and highly relevant Ads experience for our Netflix members. This will be a remote-friendly role, with the freedom to set a flexible work-from-home schedule. This role would be best for candidates located in California or in the Pacific time zone, as semi-regular travel will be required to collaborate with stakeholders and partners in Los Angeles, Los Gatos, and New York. Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $279,000.00 - $378,000.00. This compensation range will vary based on location.
