Job Description

Solution Engineer, U.S. Market

Elsight - UAV & UAS Connection Confidence

• Collaborate with Business Development to advance opportunities: deliver high-impact demos, proofs-of-concept (PoCs), technical presentations, and customized solution proposals. • Drive customer adoption through on-site engagements, including training, system integrations, and support across the U.S. and internationally (up to 50% travel). • Develop Python/Bash scripts and automation tools to streamline integrations and resolve complex customer challenges efficiently. • Capture field insights to inform Product and R&D roadmaps while identifying upsell and expansion opportunities. • Lead the technical sales cycle end-to-end—from discovery and solution design to post-sale onboarding and ongoing success.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 3–5+ years in a Sales Engineer role (or equivalent pre/post-sales technical position) with a proven history of influencing deals and driving revenue.
  • Advanced networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, VPNs, routing/switching, NAT, cellular behaviors, link bonding/aggregation, and troubleshooting in deployed IP environments.
  • Field integration experience with communications systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong Linux proficiency, shell scripting, and at least 2 years of hands-on Python for automation and integration tasks.
  • Superior presentation and communication abilities—capable of distilling complex technical details for diverse audiences (fluent English required).
  • Energetic, results-oriented mindset with full ownership; excels in dynamic settings, extensive travel, and both independent and collaborative work.
