• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex manufacturing programs, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives • Manage program scope, budget, schedule, and resources across multiple departments and stakeholders • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, customers, and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder engagement • Coordinate activities across engineering, production, quality, procurement, and supply chain to ensure program milestones are met • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful delivery • Track and report program performance using key metrics and dashboards; escalate issues as needed • Facilitate regular program reviews, updates, and communications with executive leadership • Implement best practices in program management and continuous improvement to increase efficiency and quality • Ensure adherence to regulatory, safety, and quality standards throughout the program lifecycle • Mentor and coach cross-functional teams to strengthen project management capabilities and collaboration
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, with 5+ years in program or project leadership roles preferred
- Proven success managing cross-functional programs with significant scope, complexity, and business impact
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain, and engineering processes
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma)
- PMP or related certification preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management or a related field
- MBA or advanced degree preferred

Position Summary The Online Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting the delivery, quality, and scalability of AIM’s hybrid learning programs across multiple campuses. This position operates within a cross-functional, matrixed environment, partnering closely with academic leadership, campus leadership, faculty, and administrative teams. The Coordinator plays a key role in managing the day-to-day delivery of the distance learning classroom experience while helping to build scalable processes as the program expands across locations. Key Responsibilities Hybrid Program Delivery & Operations - Coordinate and support the delivery of hybrid programs across multiple campuses, ensuring consistency in the student learning experience. - Manage the operational execution of the distance learning classroom experience, including access, and delivery logistics. - Support course setup, maintenance, and delivery within the Learning Management System (LMS). - Ensure alignment between online instruction and campus-based components of the program. - Assist in developing and implementing processes that support program scalability across sites. Student Experience & Engagement - Serve as a primary point of contact for students in hybrid programs, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience. - Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and ongoing communication for online learners. - Monitor student engagement, attendance, and progress in the distance learning environment. - Partner with Student Services, Financial Aid, Registration, and Career Services to ensure coordinated student support across campuses. Ensure projects remain in scope and within budget through active project budget tracking and burndown tracking. Work closely with corporate operations and the customer to ensure total expenditures are tracked and costs are managed and communicated through proper change management.
