This role provides direct support to the Executive Protection (EP) team and works closely with the Executive Administrators, EP Specialists, Corporate Jet vendor, MetLife Travel and MetLife Security Operations Center to ensure smooth travel for senior leaders. The ideal candidate has strong operational judgement, ability to design and optimize workflows, and a forward-looking approach to executive travel and security. Key Responsibilities - Executive Travel & Logistics Coordination. - Lead the end‑to‑end planning and execution of executive travel operations to ensure alignment of schedules, accommodations, routing, and contingency planning. - Develop and refine scalable logistics systems for executive movements, including standardized movement briefs, digital workflow improvements, and streamlined communication practices. - Own the process for corporate jet coordination, including manifest strategy, schedule alignment, VIP experience standards including ground transportation in collaboration with local regional security leads. Security Integration & Situational Awareness - Enhance analytic workflows and reporting models by partnering with the Global Intelligence team to strengthen how risk data is incorporated into EP decision‑making. - Design improved information‑sharing processes with the Security Operations Center (MSOC) to elevate real‑time situational awareness during executive travel and global events. - Independently produce operational risk assessments and pre‑travel briefings, applying judgment in synthesizing intelligence into actionable recommendations. Training & Program Support - Own the EP training program lifecycle, including long‑term curriculum planning, vendor engagement, skills‑gap identification, and modernization of certification tracking systems. - Implement improved training governance mechanisms that ensure readiness and compliance with emerging protective security standards. - Design materials and support curriculum development for workshops, scenario‑based exercises, and audits. Operational & Administrative Support - Drive strategic improvements in EP Security program management, including process mapping, documentation standardization, and operational workflow modernization. - Manage critical operational resources and oversee vendor performance with increased autonomy. - Establish structured processes for trip documentation, AARs (after‑action reports), knowledge capture, and continuous program improvement. Qualifications Required Skills: - 5 years of corporate working experience. - Demonstrated ability and experience to manage the scheduling of professional resources. - Ability to work and communicate effectively across different groups, executives, and teams. - Experience contributing to or leading modernization initiatives (technology adoption, process reengineering, automation tools, etc.). Preferred Skills: - Experience implementing processes, event operations, or EP programs (examples include travel planner, coordinator, or supervisor). - At least 5 years of experience designing or improving operational workflows, systems, or processes in high‑tempo environments. - Bilingual speaking ability in Spanish and English. - Experience building training programs. - Background in corporate security modernization or building operational programs. Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office. The expected salary range for this position is $74,500 - $104,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms. Description ICF is seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Program Associate to support the National Center on Head Start Early Learning, Health, and Family Engagement (ELHFE). This position provides administrative, coordination, and reporting support to ensure timely execution of contract activities, deliverables, and events. The Program Associate will primarily support the Project Director, helping to maintain efficient internal operations and high-quality client-facing coordination. The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative and project coordination skills, experience supporting federal or large-scale initiatives, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and discretion. This role will contribute to effective planning and documentation of training and technical assistance (TTA) activities, including event logistics, data aggregation, and reporting support. This position is home-based with minimal travel anticipated, but participation in occasional center events, partner meetings, conferences, and related activities may be required as directed. This position will be an hourly role.
