We are currently seeking a SAP Senior Program Manager - Remote US Position Our SAP Senior Program Managers work closely with different stakeholders through the client organization to coordinate the consultancy-side implementation team (management, subject matter experts, consultants, and developers) accordingly. This involves driving all the project stages, including planning and execution. A Program Manager in the SAP world wears many hats. We are looking for a leader with proven track record of - Managing programs dealing with organizational and business process transformations and large-scale initiatives - Managing Program stakeholders, sponsors and customer CXO executives - Motivating, energizing, and collaborating with team contributors at all levels in the organization, from employee to executive - Providing strategic direction to projects guiding and directing individual Project Managers on value realization and the management of risk - Focusing on outcomes and ensuring the objectives of the projects under their watch are met - 10+ years of successful experience managing large scale programs with SAP as a key component - Minimum of 10 years of SAP Program Management experience - Managing at least 5 full life cycle SAP Implementation Transformation programs for large enterprise clients - Ability to clearly demonstrate the advantages of a proposed approach or solution - Strong experience in the SAP Activate Methodology as well as excellent presentation skills Responsibilities - The candidate is responsible for ensuring quality across all programs, projects within their portfolio ensuring project plans, scoping documentation, risk/issues logs and status reporting is line with corporate standards. - The candidate is the escalation point for program issues and responsible for the coordination of their resolution as per the program related governance structures - The candidate is responsible for the consolidation of all status reports under their portfolio. - The candidate will mobilize the precepts of effective project management in a manner that aligns to client culture while optimizing likelihood of meeting (or exceeding) project objectives - The Program Manager will manage one or more projects for our customers, providing regular steering to our Project Managers as well as thought leadership to clients - Manage large SAP greenfield implementations as well as Brownfield technical upgrade projects or several smaller SAP projects simultaneously including related projects in non-SAP areas - Work closely with individual SAP project managers, solution architects, to ensure delivery - Communicate effectively with clients regarding the SAP program, project methodology, technology and functionality - Exercise required controls and propose improvements as required, including quality plans, issues and action logs, risk management plans and change control plans, for all aspects of the assignment - Manage the financials for the program, ensuring revenue and margin targets for the program are in line with expectations Required Qualification - 15+ years of SAP experience - 10+ SAP Program Manager experience - 5+ years of S/4 HANA transformation experience #LI-NorthAmerica About NTT DATA NTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
