In this role, you will: - Lead and deliver enterprise-level business transformation programs that align with client strategic priorities. - Oversee the planning, execution, and governance of cross-functional initiatives from initiation through delivery. - Serve as a strategic thought partner to client leadership, shaping approaches that drive measurable impact. - Coordinate with business and technology teams to ensure alignment across goals, resources, and timelines. - Address and implement solutions for complex operational, integration, and organizational challenges. - Guide clients through strategic change initiatives, including M&A integration, org design, and process improvement. - Deliver digital business strategies that accelerate innovation, enable agility, and position clients for future growth. - Facilitate executive decision-making and promote clarity around priorities, risks, and outcomes. - Provide transparent updates, reporting, and stakeholder engagement throughout the program lifecycle. - Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture across teams and workstreams. Who You Are: - 10+ years of management consulting and/or industry experience with a focus on business strategy, transformation, or program leadership. - Demonstrated experience leading large-scale business transformations, operational strategy, and M&A integrations. - Proven ability to manage complex programs in a matrixed environment while aligning work to business outcomes. - Strong understanding of project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and tools; PMP or related certification is a plus. - Strategic thinker and problem-solver with exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Business-savvy and data-driven-you understand the "why" behind initiatives and can articulate impact clearly to senior leaders. - Adept at leading through ambiguity and influencing at all levels within an organization. - Energized by challenging work, committed to client success, and passionate about continuous improvement and innovation.
