Location: Georgia (Remote with some travel required) Support the delivery of workforce development and weatherization programs that expand access to energy efficiency careers and services across Georgia. Everblue is seeking a Program Manager to support implementation of workforce initiatives and the Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP). In this role, you will coordinate program activities, engage partners and contractors, and support compliance with federal and state requirements. This role works with state agencies, local partners, and internal teams to expand workforce capacity and improve program outcomes. • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned physician billing clients • Serve as a liaison between Client Site Lead, SMEs, and hospital team members • Lead regularly scheduled and ad hoc business performance reviews • Present performance metrics include, but not limited to: Net Collection Rate, Days in A/R, Clean Claim Rate, Denial Rates, Charge Lag & Payment Lag, Coding metric performance wRVU • Identify revenue leakage and propose corrective action plans • Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution • Drive client retention and growth opportunities • Lead new client onboarding and revenue cycle transitions • Develop implementation timelines and track deliverables • Oversee workflow redesign and process improvement initiatives • Partner with coding, billing, and operations teams to ensure alignment • Monitor project milestones and ensure deadlines are met • Monitor coding accuracy and documentation trends • Identify undercoding, overcoding, and modifier issues • Analyze denial patterns and implement root-cause solutions • Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance and productivity standards • Support internal and external coding audits as needed

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of programs in Sierra Leone from concept through implementation and evaluation. • Develop detailed workplans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies for all program activities. • Ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational strategy and community needs. • Identify issues early and take corrective action without requiring constant escalation. • Independently identify, track, and manage all legal, regulatory, and permitting requirements related to water, energy, and infrastructure projects. • Serve as the primary point of contact with relevant government ministries, agencies, and local authorities. • Ensure compliance with national and local regulations and proactively manage government relationships to reduce project risk. • Lead structured community needs assessments, including demographic, infrastructure, and service-access analysis. • Establish trusted relationships with community leaders, traditional authorities, and local organizations. • Facilitate inclusive community engagement processes that surface priorities, concerns, and feedback. • Ensure community input meaningfully informs program design and implementation. • Build and manage strategic relationships with NGOs, implementing partners, donors, vendors, and technical partners. • Represent Elba Hope Foundation professionally with senior stakeholders, funders, and key opinion leaders. • Coordinate across internal and external partners to ensure alignment and accountability. • Track program progress against milestones, budgets, and impact indicators. • Prepare concise, decision-ready updates and reports for senior leadership. • Contribute to learning agendas and continuously improve program design based on evidence and feedback.

• Define and continuously evolve our low-touch engagement strategy • Design customer journeys, success milestones, and intervention triggers • Determine automation vs. 1:many vs. human engagement • Define tooling, data signals, and future headcount needs • Create durable systems, not one-off programs • Build and scale 1:many technical programs (webinars, office hours, adoption campaigns) • Partner with Training and Product Marketing to create durable technical education assets • Ensure customers adopt key dbt Platform capabilities • Serve as a technical escalation and guidance resource when needed • Design scalable workflows for renewals, churn risk detection, and expansion signals • Design internal processes that reduce manual effort and improve consistency • Continuously iterate using data and customer feedback • Partner with Sales on renewal and expansion strategy • Provide feedback loops to Product and Enablement • Act as the voice of the scaled commercial segment
