Role Description - Du konzipierst und implementierst BI-, Reporting- und Analytics-Lösungen mit SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). - Du entwickelst Datenmodelle, KPIs sowie Storys, Dashboards und Anwendungen (inkl. Analytics Designer) in SAP Analytics Cloud für unterschiedliche bankfachliche Reporting-Anforderungen (z. B. Accounting, ESG oder Risikomanagement). - Du analysierst Anforderungen gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen und berätst unsere Kunden bei der Abbildung ihrer Reportingziele in SAC. - Du stimmst dich mit den Backend-Entwicklern zur optimalen Datenmodellierung und Datenbereitstellung ab. - Du optimierst die Performance von SAC-Anwendungen und unterstützt beim Troubleshooting. - Du konzipierst und implementierst Rollen- und Berechtigungskonzepte in SAC. - Du unterstützt bei der Einführung, Administration und Integration von SAC sowie bei relevanten Tests (z. B. Integrations-, Berechtigungs- oder User-Acceptance-Tests). - Du hältst Präsentationen und Schulungen und unterstützt die zukünftigen Nutzer*innen. Qualifications - Du hast mehrjährige (mind. 5 Jahre) Erfahrung in SAP Analytic Cloud Projekten mit einer entsprechenden Ausbildung oder Qualifikation, idealerweise im Banking- oder Finanz-Umfeld. - Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung von Reporting-Dashboards mit SAP Analytics Cloud sowie in der Datenmodellierung und KPI-Definition. - Du bringst Erfahrung in der Performanceoptimierung von Reporting- und Datenmodellen sowie in der effizienten Bereitstellung von Daten für Analytics-Anwendungen mit. - Idealerweise hast du Erfahrung mit SAP Datasphere, Business Data Cloud oder SAP HANA Cloud als Datenbasis für SAC. - Erfahrung mit dem SAC Analytics Designer und JavaScript ist von Vorteil. - Du bringst verhandlungssichere Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch mit. - Deine deutschlandweite Reisebereitschaft runden dein Profil ab. Role Description Designs, develops, and implements complex enterprise AI software solutions using Copilot Studio and other enterprise platforms. Collaborates closely with technical and non-technical roles such as data modelers, architects, business analysts, data stewards, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to provide design, technical analysis, development/configuration, testing, implementation, and support expertise representing the interest of the business across the enterprise. - Leads focused on delivering AI solutions from end-to-end with broad knowledge and awareness of evolving technical and business capabilities in AI, emphasizing Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Power Platform, and M365 environment, Gemini. - Ensures that multiple products and services work together to meet business needs and add value for the customer. - Cultivates and disseminates knowledge of application-usage best practices. - Collaboration with Enterprise Architecture on the delivery of data and application architecture. - Collaborates with relevant operational and build teams to construct testing and implementation strategies. - Informs on product and services delivery progress in relation to application delivery. - Oversees tier 3 application support activities including the assessment and execution of application upgrades and patches. - Participates in mitigation and control activities as well as identifying and evaluating risks. - Manages people and technology changes; ensuring necessary stakeholders are informed. - Facilitates people management and resourcing, defining roles and responsibilities, staff reviews/appraisals, recruitment/dismissals, and staff training. - Serves as technical adviser to management and provides software engineering perspective on system requirements. - Creates conceptual and detailed technical design documents. - Performs other duties as assigned. - Comply with all policies and standards.
