• Lead the creation of Architectural Design Specifications (ADS) and Micro-architecture Specifications (MAS) for complex ASICs. • Develop high-level performance models (using SystemC/TLM, C++, or Python) to analyze workload behaviors and validate architectural assumptions. • Optimize chip-level and block-level architecture to meet stringent power, performance, and area goals. • Define high-speed interconnect fabric, memory subsystems (DDR/HBM), and IO protocols (PCIe, CXL, UCIe). • Partner with RTL design, verification, physical design, firmware, and software teams to ensure seamless implementation and validation. • Drive architectural trade-off studies and lead design reviews. • Define advanced power management strategies including DVFS, power domains, and clock gating. • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical leadership across the organization.

• Enterprise IAM Architecture & Multi-Cloud Governance • Design and enforce IAM least-privilege models across AWS Organizations, Landing Zones, and Service Control Policies (SCPs) • Lead zero trust initiatives end-to-end: verify-explicitly policies, Just-in-Time (JIT) / Just-Enough-Access (JEA) provisioning, CIEM integration, and identity platform governance. • Define and maintain approved access patterns for services and users, aligned to predefined roles (Reader, Contributor, Administrator) and documented as policy-as-code. • Implement and govern OAuth/OIDC flows, service mesh identity controls, and federated identity across cloud and on-prem environments. • Maintain a comprehensive inventory of all approved AWS and Azure services, cataloging IAM resources and differentiating between control plane (roles, policies) and data plane (user/key/role/policy/group) resources. • Manage credentials for local data plane resources in vaults; ensure resource policies are applied consistently across services. • Utilize Wiz (CSPM) for cloud asset inventory, compliance reporting, evidence collection, and correlation to AWS/Azure/GCP documentation. • Identify and govern external dependencies including secrets, keys, and cross-account policies. • Develop a comprehensive metadata tagging strategy mapped to application service lines (ASL), environments, and repository associations. • Design and build reusable IAM modules for each service access pattern, published to the service registry with consistent enforcement of naming conventions, metadata, and parameters. • Embed IAM guardrails and policy-as-code controls natively into IaC templates (Terraform, CloudFormation) and CI/CD pipelines for secure-by-default provisioning. • Develop methodologies and criteria for pre-approved service registry modules deployable via pipelines vs. those requiring manual review. • Define and enforce controls pertinent to IAM and cloud security standards across all services; implement a shift-left strategy to proactively address IAM cloud operations. • Guide and contribute to secure microservices development in Python and Go on AWS, Azure, and GCP, including async and event-driven architectures. • Establish methods to correlate modules with service resource policies and user roles/policies. • Document IAM configurations for pipelines, repositories, and all cloud services; develop and maintain IAM SDLC documentation. • Develop a comprehensive IAM Cloud program strategy, defining its functions, roadmap, and maturity model.

We can’t wait to meet you! JOB TITLE: Remote CT TECHNOLOGIST LOCATION: WORK FROM HOME The Remote CT Technologist performs a wide variety of routine and advanced imaging procedures. This position works under the general supervision of the Remote Lead and utilizes a wide variety of computers and radiographic equipment to provide diagnostic quality scans, participate in troubleshooting systems, QA, and resolve issues related to image processing and PACS. This position works directly with the Onsite Positioning Technologist to make quick and highly technical decisions in order to accommodate physical restrictions and pathology. They must be able to resolve conflict and endure the pressures associated with a constantly changing, fast paced work environment. Essential Functions - Competent in performing all general and advanced level imaging procedures and provide support for the onsite positioning technologist(s) as needed. - Assists onsite positioning technologist(s) on how to obtain pertinent patient history to determine proper prep and examination to perform. - Actively engages in training positioning technologists enrolled in CT Pulse program. - Oversees protocol selection, coverage, contrast bolus, and all other aspects of exam for assigned trainees. - Acts as clinical competency verification technologist for clinical competencies for Pulse technologists. - Checks the order for complete information, proper exam and schedules as needed. - Obtains sufficient information to determine the priority of the exam performed. - Produces computerized tomographic scanner radiographs of specific areas as required by the departmental procedures. - Performs CT procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail. - Performs those duties directly involved with a variety of technical procedures applying ionizing radiation for the purpose of detecting pathology. - Regulates the equipment used to expose the x-ray film, develops and documents PACS imaging. - Operates equipment safely and maintains SimonMed standards while performing all types of procedures, protocols, QA guidelines and regulatory requirements. - Establishes and maintains a good rapport and professional relationship with fellow employees, other departments, and facility staff. - Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures. - Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. - Works under general supervision. - Interacts appropriately with patients, staff, and all care providers. - Duties as assigned. - Demonstrates competency in the performance of job related skills appropriate to his/her customer populations and departmental services while providing excellent customer service. - Utilizes and operates equipment and mechanical devices which provide for a functional, effective, and safe environment. - Adheres to policies, procedures, guidelines relative to departmental operations.
