• Conduct consultative sales calls with qualified prospects • Generate new leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and event sponsorships • Build and nurture your own pipeline alongside company-provided opportunities • Develop trusted relationships with small business owners and decision-makers • Utilize CRM and internal tools (training provided, including Monday.com) • Participate in mandatory weekly team sales meetings (Mondays & Thursdays)

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of sales experience

Role Description As the Territory Sales Manager (TSM) for the South Texas region at Elevate Healthcare, you’ll play a direct role in making healthcare safer, healthier, and more productive by equipping clinicians with world-class simulation technology.
