Job Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software development experience in a production SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience building and evolving experimentation platforms (feature flagging systems, A/B frameworks, event pipelines, analytics integrations).
- Proven ability to design scalable instrumentation strategies and ensure high data integrity across complex product surfaces.
- Experience leading cross-team technical initiatives that span frontend, backend, and data systems.
- Proficiency in Go.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-team technical initiatives and influence engineering direction beyond your immediate team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to align engineering, product, and data stakeholders around complex technical decisions.
