Location: Romeoville, IL - or remotely Job Description The Project Coordinator is responsible for the administrative processing of projects in the project management department, in collaboration with the assembly team. The Coordinator supports the Project Manager in all activities related to planning, budgeting and reporting. Tasks and responsibilities: - Support the Project Manager in all activities related to planning, budgeting and reporting. - Support Project managers in the preparation and the realization his/her project. E.g. follow up material in SAP, PO creation, country specific work documents (certificates/permits), checking project documents,… - Support Project Director on the functioning of the project management organization (tools & processes). - Support the Assembly Team Coordinator for RFQ, and follow up the contractual requirements with supplier incl. on time payment. - Creation of PO (Purchase Order) for assembly contractors and equipment. - Efficient and effective planning of the preparation tasks of projects / control of assembly teams administrative requirements. - Force of proposition on process improvement and optimization of Project Management administrative tasks. - Support deployment and use of Smartsheet and Fieldwire. • The effective management and coordination of multiple projects or workstreams within a programme of work. • The creation of efficient and well managed project environments from project initiation to close and analysis. • Work closely with clients, teams, and other project managers to plan and identify detailed requirements, facilitate prioritization and defining the definition of done. • Capture, evaluate, and overcome project risks, and produce reports for management and key stakeholders.

• Lead Global clinical trials across all phases. • May actively mentor other project management team members and clinical staff. Facilitate team building and communication. • With support from supervisor, request resources across platform lines and ensure team member follow pre-determined hours allocated in budget. • Financial Responsibilities • Manage project to target gross profit consistently. • Accurate and timely financial forecasting and invoicing • Assess need for change in scope and lead Change Order Process • Maintain a strong understanding of the broader impact of invoicing on company financials • Experience managing projects in Start-Up or Conduct or Close-Out phases (can be over multiple projects). • Develop in depth understanding of Cogstate service delivery within operational, financial and regulatory constraints. Able to find gaps and work with the team to fill them. • Proactively manage risks with confidence, demonstrating strong leadership in guiding team members through challenges and making decisive, well-informed decisions. • Attending Investigator Meetings (as needed) and ensuring Cogstate is well represented. • Foster team collaboration and effective communication in a virtual environment, seamlessly connecting teams across multiple geographic locations. • With supervision, analyze reports for project hours and budget utilization and making course corrections in conjunction with Operations Line Managers. Ability to review Work Orders and determine deliverables and timelines for project. • Maintain project narrative for external and internal stakeholders. Ensure accurate reporting on service delivery and progress. • Lead internal project team utilizing available tools and Agile methodologies • Ability to motivate, influence and drive project toward outcomes and deliverables ensuring team is on task and meet the highest standards of service

• Prepare environmental permits and reports for projects, facilities, and operations for clients in transportation and warehousing, construction, oil and gas, renewable energy, building management, and municipal markets. • High degree of technical competency in NPDES stormwater (construction, industrial, and MS4), dewatering, and SPCC. • Familiarity with various state specific environmental programs such as oil and gas regulations, industrial stormwater requirements, baseline water quality, and RCRA regulations. • Provide technical oversight and mentor scientific staff to ensure quality work products. • Oversee water quality inspections, sampling, and development of Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC), stormwater plans and groundwater environmental compliance reports. • Client interaction and relationship development through onsite and virtual client meetings. Limited overnight travel maybe required but is not expected to exceed 5%. • Strong track record of proposal development and managing project deliverables, schedules and budgets. • Analyze environmental legislation and regulations and determine impact on client activities. • Define and develop your own professional growth with mentoring from senior managers. • Flexible working conditions.
