• The effective management and coordination of multiple projects or workstreams within a programme of work. • The creation of efficient and well managed project environments from project initiation to close and analysis. • Work closely with clients, teams, and other project managers to plan and identify detailed requirements, facilitate prioritization and defining the definition of done. • Capture, evaluate, and overcome project risks, and produce reports for management and key stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years senior project management experience.
- Hold a qualification in AGILE, Scrum or Prince2.
- Experience in managing Time and Materials budgets of £500k+.

• Prepare environmental permits and reports for projects, facilities, and operations for clients in transportation and warehousing, construction, oil and gas, renewable energy, building management, and municipal markets. • High degree of technical competency in NPDES stormwater (construction, industrial, and MS4), dewatering, and SPCC. • Familiarity with various state specific environmental programs such as oil and gas regulations, industrial stormwater requirements, baseline water quality, and RCRA regulations. • Provide technical oversight and mentor scientific staff to ensure quality work products. • Oversee water quality inspections, sampling, and development of Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC), stormwater plans and groundwater environmental compliance reports. • Client interaction and relationship development through onsite and virtual client meetings. Limited overnight travel maybe required but is not expected to exceed 5%. • Strong track record of proposal development and managing project deliverables, schedules and budgets. • Analyze environmental legislation and regulations and determine impact on client activities. • Define and develop your own professional growth with mentoring from senior managers. • Flexible working conditions.

• Oversee the curriculum development efforts for a large-scale contract for the federal government. • Assist with project management duties, as assigned, by the program manager for the contract and government stakeholders. • Oversee the development of course materials, scripts, exercises, classroom or self-study manuals, and other teaching aids. • Design and redesign education and training content to ensure maximum participation as well as engagement with and understanding of course materials. • Support the recording of metrics and measurements to track the performance of course materials. • Assist with reporting information required under the contract to federal clients, ensuring all reports are accurate, timely and thorough. • Work closely with the program manager for the contract to identify and resolve issues related to quality, performance, schedule, staffing and financials. • Provide direct expert advice and support the development of project management, operational and schedule best practices, processes, standards, and procedures. • Serve as a primary client point of contact, responding to requests for support and providing guidance on the curriculum and training efforts. • Assist with the development and maintenance of critical project management documents such as project management plans, Work Breakdown Structures, Integrated Master Schedules, reports and more, as required. • Ensure delivery of high-quality deliverables. • Evaluate analytical results and develop new and adapted analytical techniques. • Provide performance analysis and process improvement using industry best practice methodologies and tools.
