Senior Pricing Manager

Amentum

• Oversees cost proposal development and pricing strategies for major and strategic proposals • Ensures compliance with the estimating system manual as well as other policies and procedures • Manages and integrates daily work assignments, develops project schedules, budgets, and plans, and manages personnel, finances, and facilities to achieve proposal objectives • Develops and implements new business capture/proposal strategies for achieving company new business objectives • Develops and executes business and proposal development objectives within established budgets to reach determined goals • Directs and manages people and financial resources to achieve company strategic and tactical new business objectives • Maintains a good working relationship with all Program/Project Managers and upper management to attain success objectives

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in an associated discipline; two (2) years’ experience in contracts or pricing may be substituted for each year of the four (4) years of college
  • Twelve (12) years’ experience in cost proposal preparation or cost proposal development; relevant finance experience may be considered for some years in lieu of cost proposal preparation and development; 8 years’ experience with a Master’s degree.
  • Five (5) years in a management position preferred
  • Experience in base operations support, range operations, Space Force, NASA contracts

This role sits at the center of that work and will influence pricing architecture decisions across Deltek’s SaaS portfolio as we evolve our monetization models to support changing products, markets, and customer expectations.
