• Develop and manage international customer relationships • Lead sales projects end-to-end: technical clarification, commercial alignment, closing • Translate customer needs into viable technical and commercial MACS solutions • Clearly communicate the technical, economic and environmental benefits of MACS systems • Coordinate closely with Engineering, Service and Marketing • Work with distributors and sales partners and support them throughout the sales cycle • Drive international sales opportunities and market development initiatives
Job Requirements
- 3–5+ years experience in technical / solution sales, preferably international
- Strong ability to sell explanation-intensive industrial systems
- Fluent English; confident in technical and commercial negotiations
- Structured, self-driven and reliable working style
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Comfortable in international, cross-cultural environments
- Nice-to-have: Experience in waste, recycling, environmental or disposal technologies
- Additional languages (e.g. Spanish, French, Italian)

This is a spin-off product from the successful MyHomeQuote platform, one of the leaders of the US home improvement lead generation market. MyHomeGuardian drives homeowner demand through Google, Facebook, TikTok, native ads, and organic sources for home protection services such as impact shutters, ballistic screens, safe rooms, anti-drone RF detection sensors, drone shades. Role overview: The company is looking for a Middle / Senior Sales Manager to join MyHomeGuardian and contribute to building the sales pipeline from scratch. The role is focused on outbound B2B sales, full-cycle deal execution, and early-stage market development. The position requires a proactive sales professional with a strong hunter mindset, capable of independently driving deals and contributing to revenue growth. Requirements: - 3+ years of sales experience in SaaS, digital marketing, affiliate marketing, lead generation, or similar; - proven experience in B2B outbound sales; - experience in full-cycle sales (prospecting, outreach, demos, closing deals); - experience working with CRM systems; - strong research skills and ability to identify and qualify potential partners; - excellent written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate+ / Advanced); - independence and proactive approach in work; - analytical thinking and ability to work with performance data. Will be a plus: - experience in US market; - experience in product companies; - experience in affiliate marketing or lead generation; - existing network of B2B contacts; - experience transitioning from outsourcing to product; - ability to work with both outbound and inbound sales flows. Responsibilities: - focus on outbound B2B sales process, including full cycle from prospecting to contracting companies in target regions and niches; - build and develop sales pipeline from scratch; - handle inbound inquiries, research companies, and convert them into clients; - perform product demos and close deals; - use multiple channels (email, phone, LinkedIn, social media) to engage prospects; - maintain and update CRM system; - develop and manage relationships with partners; - collaborate with CRO and team to improve sales approaches and processes; - achieve individual revenue targets. • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets • Design and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with Zynx Health’s growth objectives in the healthcare market • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline; deliver accurate forecasting and regular progress reporting to the Sr. Director of Customer Success and Growth • Drive the execution of Zynx’s consultative sales process from lead qualification through contract negotiation and close • Partner with Marketing to execute lead generation programs, outbound campaigns, and account-based marketing initiatives • Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top sales talent to strengthen the team’s bench and capabilities • Serve as an escalation point and executive sponsor on strategic and complex sales opportunities • Ensure accurate, real-time data management within CRM across all team members • Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, Product, Clinical, and Customer Success teams to identify expansion, upsell, and new business opportunities • Contribute to product development and go-to-market strategy as the voice of the customer and market. • Document and communicate future business opportunities and competitive intelligence to senior leadership.

• Visit potential customers to build/maintain relationships and stay current on market trends and dynamics. • Attend local and national industry trade shows and market events. • Travel (40% - 60%) is required, depending on company and territory needs. • Continually, and in real-time, update our CRM system to ensure proper sales pipeline reporting and accurate forecasting. • Participate in bi-weekly funnel management reviews with the Sales Team and General Sales Manager. • Identify new sales opportunities and follow through to completion. • Work with any independent representative network within the primary territory. • Create and sell complete solutions to "C" level prospects. • Generate quotations based on initial application evaluations and provide them to customers. • Present comprehensive, solutions-based proposals that include multiple pieces of mechanical equipment to form a complete system. • Create and present information that demonstrates the "value proposition" of the products offered as they relate to a client's specific needs.
