eCommerce Sales Manager
Creative Co-Op, Inc.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Retail partners • Own eCommerce revenue and profitability targets and develop annual sales plans by retailer to achieve goals • Manage pricing, promotions, and retail price compliance across respective accounts, and flag channel conflict in the market if outside of account ownership • Manage allocated KDCI headcount to upload product listings, optimize PDP content, ensure product data accuracy, etc. • Monitor incidents/reviews/customer feedback to ensure appropriate next steps are taken internally to improve CLV and margin • Partner closely with product and creative teams to improve product listing and optimize assortment mix • Manage retail media spend ensuring ROAS targets are aligned to budget, and increase/reduce budget as needed according to sales and profitability performance • Partner closely with Merchandise Planning to ensure highest priority SKUs have appropriate stock levels for BAU, priority promotional/marketing campaigns, new customers adds, etc. • Review new and existing account terms and negotiate such that they are mutually beneficial for the organization and the customer and continuously assess retailer’s programs to determine participation levels • Identify and onboard agreed upon new customers and finalize terms, pricing, and programs within company guidelines, then partner with Operations and EDI teams to facilitate all tech implementations • Drives the business through high-level involvement in the day-to-day operations of respective accounts and raise issues to the Sr. Director of eCommerce Sales as needed • Travel for tradeshows and customer appointments as needed • Other responsibilities as required
Job Requirements
- BS degree in business or related field preferred; or relevant work experience.
- 5-7 years’ experience in Sales, Account/Vendor management, Merchandising or Operations
- Wayfair experience required
- Strong bias for action
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Superior retail math skills
- Utilization of data to develop strategies drive decision making
- Consumer-centric vision
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Baseline understanding of SEO, Paid Media and eCommerce marketplace algorithms
- Ability to plan, prioritize, organize, and execute against clearly define objectives
- Ability to execute plans under time restraints
- Ability to work within a team, as well as independently under minimal supervision
- Ability to understand technical details
- Advanced computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to travel domestically minimally 6x/year
