• Prepare and post complex journal entries related to inventory and prepaid expenses • Prepare reconciliations and month-end financial reporting • Ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP • Act as the primary liaison with tax consultants for payments and filings • Compile monthly financial statements and packages for leadership review
• Review requirements, user stories, tickets, and acceptance criteria to identify test needs, edge cases, and key risks. • Create and execute test cases for patient-facing web experiences, mobile application behavior, and integrated workflows. • Perform regression testing for new releases, bug fixes, configuration changes, and dependency updates. • Support smoke testing, release validation, and post-deployment verification as needed. • Document defects with clear reproduction steps, expected behavior, observed behavior, business impact, and severity. • Work closely with developers to investigate whether issues stem from UI behavior, backend logic, APIs, data conditions, or third-party integrations. • Validate application behavior across supported browsers, responsive layouts, and core device scenarios. • Help ensure that critical user journeys function reliably across the full experience, not just within isolated features. • Maintain organized test cases, regression checklists, test evidence, and QA documentation. • Support release-readiness reporting by communicating coverage status, open risks, and major findings.
• Provide clinical leadership and medical oversight for physicians, nurse practitioners,nursing staff, and health coaches delivering care across Ivím programs. • Ensure clinical services meet all applicable regulatory, legal, and ethical standards across the states in which Ivím operates. • Serve as a clinical resource for complex cases, escalations, and provider support. • Promote a strong culture of clinical excellence, collaboration, accountability, and patient-centered care. • Support alignment between clinical leadership, operations, and provider teams to ensure consistent care delivery standards. • Develop, review, and continuously improve clinical protocols, guidelines, and workflows in alignment with current medical evidence and best practices. • Support the development and integration of new clinical programs, therapies, and care models. • Evaluate emerging research, therapies, and innovations to inform Ivím’s evolving clinical offerings. • Ensure clinical consistency and quality across programs while supporting individualized treatment approaches. • Support provider onboarding, training, and ongoing clinical education to ensure consistent standards of care across the provider network. • Participate in peer review, quality assurance, and provider performance evaluation processes. • Partner with clinical leadership to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and strategies to strengthen provider performance and engagement. • Provide education, guidance and mentorship to advanced practice providers and physician team delivering care across Ivím programs. • Partner with Patient Experience and Clinical Operations teams to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction. • Ensure clinical decision-making supports long-term patient health outcomes and continuity of care. • Review clinical data and operational metrics to inform evidence-based decision-making. • Contribute to the monitoring of clinical outcomes, quality indicators, and care delivery performance. • Support continuous improvement initiatives across clinical workflows, protocols, and patient care models. • Provide patient consultations as needed as part of Ivím’s clinical care model. • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care while modeling best practices for providers across the organization.
• Own Ivím Health’s public web presence as a strategic platform for marketing, commerce, recruiting, and brand communications • Oversee content systems, site structure, digital merchandising, and publishing workflows • Ensure teams can safely and effectively publish content • Partnership with Marketing, HR, PR, and Product teams to ensure high-performing website functions • Maintain governance for site structure, publishing workflows, and content management • Continuously improve usability, site performance, and conversion across key user journeys
