• Partner with hiring managers to understand internal staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. • Be a true partner to hiring managers, providing insights, market data, and strategic hiring recommendations. • Source, screen, and interview candidates for corporate roles and client-facing positions within Openwork. • Conduct thorough and strategic interviews to uncover top talent who not only have the right skills but are also a strong culture fit. • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future internal hiring needs. • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process. • Foster strong relationships with hiring managers to anticipate and meet internal hiring demands. • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and internal teams. • Promote Openwork’s employer brand through social media, networking, and industry events.

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for nonprofit and community-based organizations across North America • Partner closely with executive directors, CEOs, board members, and senior leadership teams • Serve as a trusted advisor on hiring strategy, market insights, and candidate alignment • Recruit for a wide range of roles, including: Executive and senior leadership, Development and advancement, Finance, operations, and HR, Program, education, and community engagement • Proactively source candidates through networks, referrals, and relationship-based outreach • Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and client organizations • Contribute to business development efforts, including new client introductions and expanded engagements • Represent Purple Unicorn’s thoughtful, high-touch, values-driven approach in all interactions

• Build strong pipelines of qualified remote worker candidates from different global locations • Conduct first round interviews and then turn over those recorded interviews/notes to your Manager to evaluate for next steps • Maintain clear communication and accurate tracking of all candidates within our recruiting tool, Breezy HR • Deliver top candidates quickly to your Manager
