Role Description We are seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Systems Analyst to serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams in support of a large-scale Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud implementation. This role will drive configuration, integration, and optimization of Recruiting Cloud solutions while guiding stakeholders toward scalable, sustainable outcomes. The ideal candidate brings strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle HCM, along with hands-on experience supporting implementation, stabilization, and ongoing operations in a complex enterprise environment. Qualifications - 6 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role supporting Oracle Fusion HCM - Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud configuration, implementation, and production support - Strong understanding of Oracle HCM configuration vs. customization, workflows, and role-based security - Experience designing and supporting integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), and Managed File Transfer (MFT) - Proven ability to work across business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions - Experience with reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher - Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies and experience supporting full lifecycle implementations - Experience with testing processes including UAT, defect management, and data validation - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills Requirements - Experience with Oracle Taleo and Taleo Connect Client (TCC) - Oracle Fusion HCM or Recruiting Cloud certification - Experience with Python scripting - Familiarity with CAPPS (State of Texas environment) - Exposure to AI-driven tools or Oracle AI capabilities Key Responsibilities - Lead analysis, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud solutions across implementation and production environments - Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable system configurations and designs - Analyze current processes and guide stakeholders toward standard, sustainable Oracle HCM solutions - Design and support integrations between Oracle HCM and external systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, ATS, legacy platforms) using tools such as OIC, ODI, and MFT - Coordinate with development teams to resolve process gaps and system issues - Support testing activities including UAT, defect triage, and data validation - Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher - Support system updates, patches, and ongoing optimization of Recruiting Cloud functionality - Collaborate with project teams and vendors to validate solution design and ensure alignment with business needs - Facilitate stakeholder meetings and working sessions to drive alignment and delivery Company Description Genius Road, LLC is proud to be a Certified Women’s Business Enterprise, an Equal Opportunity Employer and values diversity. • Provide overall systems engineering leadership across embedded, electrical, RF, and mechanical disciplines. • Define and own end-to-end system architecture, requirements decomposition, and interface control for hardware products. • Lead technical planning, risk management, and trade studies across the product development lifecycle. • Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technical leads; set technical standards and review designs. • Partner with Product Management and Program Management to align execution with roadmap, schedule, and budget. • Ensure designs meet MOSA, security, reliability, and manufacturability requirements. • Represent engineering in customer, partner, and program reviews; support proposal and capture activities. • Drive continuous improvement of systems engineering processes, tooling, and documentation.

• Analyze business needs and document requirements, use cases, and implementation needs. • Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, test scripts and coordinate User Acceptance Testing. • Provide training on system functionality and create reporting output. • Collaborate with product owner and development team to facilitate productive sprints, system evolution and upgrades. • Serve as the lead contact between subject matter experts, project managers, and development teams for core business applications. • Align technology initiatives with organizational goals and objectives. • Manage open issues and system bugs with vendors and stakeholders.

• Design and implement Linux-based platform solutions. • Configure and manage automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform to streamline operations. • Monitor platform performance and availability, addressing issues as they arise. • Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patches to ensure systems remain secure and operational. • Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention. • Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) practices using Ansible and Terraform. • Implement security measures to protect platform infrastructure from threats and vulnerabilities. • Conduct security assessments and participate in audits to ensure compliance with security policies and standards. • Analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. • Optimize platform configurations to enhance efficiency and reliability. • Maintain detailed documentation of platform configurations, changes, and maintenance activities. • Generate reports on platform performance, security, and usage for management and stakeholders. • Respond to platform-related incidents and outages, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions. • Develop and follow incident response plans to minimize downtime and impact on business operations. • Work collaboratively with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of platform systems. • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and IT staff on platform-related issues. • Ensure platform operations adhere to organizational policies and industry best practices. • Continuously evaluate and improve platform infrastructure to meet evolving business needs and technological advancements. • Manage relationships with platform service providers and vendors.
