Oracle HCM Cloud Systems Analyst

Role Description We are seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Systems Analyst to serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams in support of a large-scale Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud implementation. This role will drive configuration, integration, and optimization of Recruiting Cloud solutions while guiding stakeholders toward scalable, sustainable outcomes. The ideal candidate brings strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle HCM, along with hands-on experience supporting implementation, stabilization, and ongoing operations in a complex enterprise environment. Qualifications - 6 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role supporting Oracle Fusion HCM - Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud configuration, implementation, and production support - Strong understanding of Oracle HCM configuration vs. customization, workflows, and role-based security - Experience designing and supporting integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), and Managed File Transfer (MFT) - Proven ability to work across business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions - Experience with reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher - Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies and experience supporting full lifecycle implementations - Experience with testing processes including UAT, defect management, and data validation - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills Requirements - Experience with Oracle Taleo and Taleo Connect Client (TCC) - Oracle Fusion HCM or Recruiting Cloud certification - Experience with Python scripting - Familiarity with CAPPS (State of Texas environment) - Exposure to AI-driven tools or Oracle AI capabilities Key Responsibilities - Lead analysis, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud solutions across implementation and production environments - Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable system configurations and designs - Analyze current processes and guide stakeholders toward standard, sustainable Oracle HCM solutions - Design and support integrations between Oracle HCM and external systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, ATS, legacy platforms) using tools such as OIC, ODI, and MFT - Coordinate with development teams to resolve process gaps and system issues - Support testing activities including UAT, defect triage, and data validation - Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher - Support system updates, patches, and ongoing optimization of Recruiting Cloud functionality - Collaborate with project teams and vendors to validate solution design and ensure alignment with business needs - Facilitate stakeholder meetings and working sessions to drive alignment and delivery Company Description Genius Road, LLC is proud to be a Certified Women’s Business Enterprise, an Equal Opportunity Employer and values diversity.
