We specialize in content creation, storytelling, and community engagement designed to inform, motivate, and connect audiences. We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and audience engagement. This role is responsible for managing social media platforms, creating content strategies, and driving brand growth across digital channels. This is a fully remote position ideal for someone experienced in social media marketing, content creation, and analytics. Manage and grow company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, short-form videos) Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and reach Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions in a timely manner Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on analytics Collaborate with internal teams on branding and content direction Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices Maintain consistent brand voice across all platforms Use scheduling and analytics tools to improve efficiency and performance
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or Content Creation
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn platforms
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar)
- Basic knowledge of content design tools (Canva or similar)
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience managing brand or business social media accounts
- Familiarity with short-form video content and trends
- Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing
- Reliable internet connection
- Ability to work in a remote team environment
